@BLUETTI_CARE
Hi, I`m facing with randomly restarting device (click sound and start animation on lcd, green center like it is Power ON - ac\dc are switched off after that) while any of AC\DC are enabled.
Can it be resolved with Upgrade?

Hi @sergiipo, This issue is quite rare.
Could you please record a video while restarting to demonstrate the problem? Please upload it to a cloud storage service, and share the link with us? We will investigate further.

Sure, here is the video VID_20241219_121155.mp4 - Google Drive
But now it restarts with any configuration, and without load, as you can find there are nothing connected to it.

Hi @sergiipo, Thank you for getting back to us so quickly.
I have reported this problem to our engineer, and we will contact you when we get an answer.
Please rest assured, we will follow up on this matter.

If there is such a giant thread of people having the same problem, why does every user still have to request a new firmware to be pushed out by IT? Why not make the fixes available to all AC180P users?

Hi @TheQuickFox, Based on our investigation, this issue occurs more frequently on the EU version of the AC180P with DSP versions starting with 2088. As a result, we have pushed the new DSP v2088.03 to these units in bulk.

For other versions of the AC180P, the issue occurs less often, so we have not pushed the update in bulk to avoid disturbing customers who have not encountered the problem and do not require an upgrade.

However, your feedback is very valuable, and I have shared it with our R&D department. They will discuss this matter further.

In the mobile app the firmware update is optional why do you think it can disturb the customers? The problem here that you even don’t let me update my device if I even agree to do so myself, the is no prompt with new available updates! Not sure what is the diff between AC180P and others because my EB3A-EU receives updates from time to time with no explicit request.

Hi @sonic_v, We have pushed the new DSP v2126.04 to your AC180P. Could you please check again to see if you’ve received it?

We only batch-push firmware that has undergone extensive testing and meets general customer needs.
Firmware updates that address specific issues for a smaller group of customers require individual pushes.

Hi!
Already replied on email, but there are no response, So just double here:
AC180P received just 1 update for DSP, behavior changed at first look and it looks like it works a little bit longer with only DC powered on, but with a connected laptop by PD USB type-c connection bluetti device not restarts but totally powers off.
So generally it still restarts with disabled AC\DC and now it can power-off instead of just restart.
Are there any other updates that should or can be applied?

Hi @sergiipo, If the new firmware cannot resolve the issue, I’m afraid a return for repair might be necessary.
Could you please provide us with your email ticket number? We will follow up with customer service to prioritize your request and arrange after-sales support.

I have received DSP update v2126.04. Everything seems working fine now. Thank you.

Hi @sonic_v, Thank you for letting us know.
I am glad to hear that. Please feel free to contact us if you need our help.

New $500 paper weight that is worse than not using a UPS. WHY DO I HAVE A NEW UNIT THAT HAS A MAJOR FLAW DISCOVERED 6 MONTHS AGO???

Good old error E013 stops taking AC INPUT for no reason until manually rebooted. Also, stops AC OUTPUT at the same time. AC light blinks.

1145 messages in to a 6-month old thread and the firmware fix still hasn’t been pushed to all units.

Firmware is “current”.

Hi @Splice9444, The topic of this post is about the AC180P automatically shutting down in UPS mode.
Based on our investigation, this issue occurs more frequently on the EU version of the AC180P with DSP versions starting with 2088. As a result, we have pushed the new DSP v2088.03 to these units in bulk.

For other versions of the AC180P, the issue occurs less often, so we have not pushed the update in bulk to avoid disturbing customers who have not encountered the problem and do not require an upgrade.

It seems that the issue you’re encountering is different from the one experienced by other customers. The E013 error indicates a grid relay failure. We would like to know if there are any grid power instability issues in your area.

If that is the case, please follow these 3 steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check the Bluetti app to ensure all firmware is up to date. If not, please update it first.
  2. Change the charging mode to Silent Mode.
  3. In the app, enable the Grid-self Adaption Mode in the “Advanced Setting.”

If the issue persists, we will push a new firmware update to resolve the problem.
