Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the DSP tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.

Hi @vynnykv, We have released a new DSP v2088.03 for the European version of the AC180P to address this issue. Please upgrade directly to resolve the problem.

If you can’t upgrade it directly. I’m afraid that you might be directly connecting to the AC180P via Bluetooth without logging into your Bluetti account and binding this AC180P to it. If this is the case, you won’t be able to complete the firmware upgrade. A direct Bluetooth connection only allows limited operational access and does not include firmware upgrades.
Please register and log in to your Bluetti account, then bind your AC180P. Next, click on ‘Settings,’ then ‘Firmware Upgrade,’ and click on the blue DSP icon to obtain the latest firmware. Proceed with the upgrade afterward.
Please let us know if it works.

Have the same issue on the latest firmware: when no load in UPS mode station turns off in case of external grid outage.

AC180P turns off voluntarily when working as UPS for the fridge with electricity in the grid, and thus also turns off the fridge
