AC180 does not allow standard and turbo charge from generator

@NanShan We’re sorry that the R&D department does not currently have your generator available for testing. There is another firmware version, do you still want to try it?

@BLUETTI_CARE I want to try that firmware too.
SN AC1802317001118744
ARM v2073.04
DSP v2077.07
BMS v1033.06

@jack893 Pushed. Please leave a message to inform me when the version is updated.

@Bright Firmware Updated!

@Bright It cannot be charged without the assistance of the pv input. Can’t you change the ac input to 400w?

@Bright AC180 is not grounded. Turned on grid self adaptation mode. The value gradually rises from 0w to 420w and is cut off with a click sound. Repeat after being blocked. It can be charged by assisting about 30w with PV input.

Can you make a video?

@BLUETTI_CARE
which are the details/improvement/modification of the last firmware?
I want to avoid to have worst performance, currently even if the situation is not ideal/perfect, I can manage to use the AC180 in a sufficient way…
at least I know how to trick the AC180 charging system “playing” with loads applied on the genset…

@jack893 I watched the video you sent. At the end of the video, a warning message appeared. Can you click on it to see what it says?

@Bright It is written as grid instability in Japanese.

@Bright I always connect the PV plug.
When the night is over and the morning sun rises, it will be charged at a maximum of 6w.
You have to unplug and plug in the PV plug.
This is not so important.

I would like a firmware that changes the input power from 350 to 400w.
Do you have any new firmware?

@jack893 Your current firmware version is: AC input: 260W @ silent mode; 500W @ standard mode; 1440W @ turbo mode; Do you mean to change 500W to 400W at standard mode?

@Bright I want to change the standard mode to 400w. It would be best if you could afford to change to 350w.

Or can I change the silent mode to 350w?

@jack893 Our R&D department has updated a firmware, specifically optimized for generator charging, the input power of the standard mode is still 500W, but the input conditions have been relaxed, and some modifications have been made in the PV activation part. Do you want to test it?

@Bright Yes. I want to try it.

@jack893 Two firmware have been pushed, one BMS1033.07 and one DSP2077.99 (actually 2077.07), please upgrade and test, thank you.

@jack893 When charging the AC180 with a generator, remember to turn on the ‘Grid Self-adaption’ mode.

@Bright Received test firmware.
I’ll continue testing.
It can be charged at 536w from a generator, but the generator makes a heavy sound.
I want to lighten the load a little more.
I urgently need a firmware for 350w input power.
Thank you! Bright

@jack893 I am glad to hear positive feedback. Can you also test the turbo mode?

If the standard mode is adjusted to 350W, it is very close to the silent mode, so why not use the silent mode directly?

Another firmware BMS1033.07, can you help test it tonight? During the test, the AC180 is always connect to the PV plug, do not manually shut down AC180, and there is no need to turn on the DC output.
