100v2 Time Remaining Question

Hi @Andrii_93, Could you please inform us of the current BMS firmware version of your Elite 100 V2? We will check if it has been updated to the latest version. If not, upgrading the firmware should resolve the issue.

By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.

Hi @dparson55, We have escalated this issue to the R&D department again, and they confirmed that a brand-new firmware has been developed to fix the problem. We have submitted the request to push this firmware update to your device.
They will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

@BLUETTI_CARE, Hi. BMS v1083.07

Thanks, I did the upgrade, followed the recalibration process, and checked the estimated time remaining over 2 days of charge and discharge cycles, and it looks like the latest upgrade is a lot more accurate.

Here’s a screenshot on the first day.

And here’s from the next day. So the estimated time remaining is now consistent and its value is much more accurate. So thanks for improvement!

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE.
I faced with the same problem: the remaining time and consumption are displayed incorrectly.
I have sent you my serial number in PM.
Could you please provide me with a firmware update that will fix this problem?

ARM: v2186.15
DSP: v2200.14
BMS: V1083.07
Thank you!!!)

Hi @Andrii_93, thank you for your update.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE ! Thank you for your help! But unfortunately, for some reason the update is not installing. I tried several times, but the result is the same.
The update was successful, there were no errors. But after the installation, when I try to check the firmware version, I see that the update is not installed:

Could you please advise me on how to install the update correctly?
Thanks!

It might be the same problem I original had … I needed to connect via Bluetooth using the steps shown here: 100v2 Time Remaining Question - #12 by BLUETTI For some reason clicking the large Bluetooth button in the app still used Wifi rather than Bluetooth.

Hi @dparson55 @BLUETTI_CARE ! Thanks for advice. But I connected to the device via Bluetooth (following the instructions from the posts above). The system reports that the update is successful (to 1083.99). And when I try to check the current firmware version after the update, I see the old version number. And the original problem with the remaining time and power consumption still exists. In the attached image, I tried to show all my steps to update the firmware. After the 4th image, I try to check the installed version. I see that 1083.99 was not installed and the system suggests me to update the firmware to 1083.99 again (image 6).

Hi @Sergiy4079, We confirm that your firmware upgrade has been successfully completed.
Regarding the recurring upgrade notification, please ignore it for now—we have requested its removal.
Could you please perform a recalibration? We believe this will help the new firmware function optimally.

HI! After recalibration, the problem with displaying the load and remaining time was not resolved. After updating the firmware again, I have version 1083.08 installed. In several posts above, I see that users have solved this problem with version 1083.09. @BLUETTI_CARE Could this be my problem? If so, how can I update to version 1083.09?
Thanks!

Hi!). After updating, I still see version 1083.08 instead of 1083.99. The issue with displaying the load and remaining time still persists. @BLUETTI_CARE What version number should I see after updating?
Thanks!

Hi 2Sergiy4079, We have arranged for the upgrade notification to be removed, so please do not attempt to upgrade again.
After that, please recalibrate the system.
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:

  1. Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
  2. Please charge it again. Please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while it is charging.

You can click this link for reference.

Please let us know if it does help.

Hi, @BLUETTI_CARE ! I have already recalibrated the device, but that didn’t solve my issue (100v2 Time Remaining Question - #54 by Sergiy4079). @BLUETTI_CARE How can I update the firmware to version 1083.99? Or is there another solution to fix this issue?
Thank you!

Hi @Sergiy4079, This seems rather odd. Your firmware has already been updated successfully, and if recalibration doesn’t help, we have no other solutions.
Could you please describe the specific issue in further detail? What is the gap between the displayed power and the actual power? It would be even better if you could record a video, upload it to a cloud drive, and then share it with us.

BMS 1083.10 Provides more accurate power readings.
However, there is a difference from the 1083.08, which is currently the standard. The difference is that the 1083.10 doesn’t block the ability to turn off the power with the central button while external AC power is present.
I already asked, but didn’t see an answer.
@BLUETTI_CARE Is this behavior of the BMS 1083.10 safe?

Hi @lavash_bluetti, the BMS v1083.99 is a newer version than BMS v1083.10. It mainly focuses on adjusting the SOC algorithm and optimizing the remaining runtime display under low-power loads.

To display active power correctly under low-power loads, an upgrade to DSP v220016 is required.

These 2 firmwares have not been pushed out in batches and must be requested separately.
