Perfect, since many people request it at the moment, good to have a central form to request it!

Thank you of thinking of this. You are heroes for doing this. Ukraine is facing a big energy crisis right now because of continued Russian attacks on it’s energy infrastructure.

Thank you for the initiative!

Could you please clarify the procedure after submission? Should I check my email, forum messages, or simply check for an update within the mobile app?

Connectivity is currently very poor and intermittent because we only have electricity for about 3 hours a day. The internet is terrible and often completely down, so knowing exactly where to look is critical to avoid wasting limited connection time.

@BLUETTI / @BLUETTI_CARE , hello. I’m from Ukraine too.
Please help me:
My EP600 station won’t charge from the grid because it’s currently at 175-185 volts. It needs at least 197-200 volts on each of the three phases.
Please help me update the firmware, otherwise I can’t use the station now.

EP600
Serial# EP6002251000683334
DSP v5003.24
Grid Voltage 175-195v

Thank you for the prompt update deployment. I have successfully installed it and it really helped.

However, I would like to clarify the specific verification process for other users, as “view on mobile phone” is quite vague. Since I did not receive any email or push notifications, here is the workflow that worked for me:

  1. Internet Connection: Ensure your mobile device has an active Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The app cannot identify that an update is available without it.
  2. Manual Check: Open the app, connect to the power station, and navigate to the Upgrade menu.
  3. Target Firmware: The update must be available specifically for the DSP firmware. Note: If you do not see an update listed there, it means your request likely hasn’t been approved yet, repeat these steps later.
  4. Result: After applying the update, the unit now successfully charges even when grid voltage drops below 190V.

Hi @BLUETTI
I own a BLUETTI AC300. Fortunately, I don’t need this firmware update right now, but I would like to understand these aspects for future use and how the new firmware handles such challenges.

  1. “Low input voltage”
Is it safe for the AC300 to operate and charge when the grid voltage drops to around 120 V, while the nominal voltage should be 230 V?

  2. “Sudden voltage fluctuations”
How does the AC300 behave if the grid voltage frequently changes, for example:
160–190 V, then suddenly drops to 140 V, and then rises back again?
Are such fluctuations dangerous for the power station in the long term?

  3. “Charging behavior at low voltage”
When the input voltage is low, does the AC300 automatically reduce the charging power?
In other words, is it correct that the lower the voltage, the fewer watts it will draw?

  4. “Grid frequency and waveform quality”
Sometimes the grid frequency drops to about 49 Hz, and the sine wave quality is not very good.
Is this safe for the AC300, or could poor waveform quality and frequency deviations cause any damage or accelerated wear?

  5. Generator compatibility and power quality
With this firmware installed, are there any known issues when charging the AC300 from a generator?
I’m asking because generators can sometimes produce unstable power (voltage fluctuations, frequency variations, or a distorted sine wave).
Does the firmware handle such conditions safely, or are there any recommended settings or limitations when using a generator?

Thank you in advance for your clarification and support.

Dear @BLUETTI
I submitted the form on Friday. When do I expect an updated firmware?
Thank you in advance

Updated. Now its works. Thanks.
