I’m from Ukraine and I am also has charging issue on 175-190V.
Also my station turn off randomly when losing power from grid the station just shut downs by itself, when i use it like UPS.
Could you help with a new firmware that would solve this problems?

Please note that some users have not filled in the SN code correctly. The SN code should be the number starting with the model name, which can be found on the device’s back or in the app. For example, the correct format of the SN code for EB3A is EB3A + 13 digits.
We will first push the existing firmware for your device. If the relevant firmware is not available, we will submit the request to the R&D department to develop a new one and push it to you once the development is completed. This process may take some time. If you are concerned about the waiting period, you may purchase a voltage regulator for temporary use first.
If possible, please fill in your forum username to facilitate our follow-up communication with you at any time. If you have not registered a forum account, you may use a family member’s or friend’s forum username instead.
Hi @AndriiSokolan, after verification, we have indeed pushed the latest firmware DSP213011 to your AC200PL. Could you please confirm this on your end? If possible, kindly provide a screenshot of your firmware update page for us to verify the SN code and other relevant information.
Please ensure the device is account-bound and connected via Bluetooth during the update process.

I am writing from Ukraine. Due to frequent grid instability, the voltage in my house often drops to 180-190V. Because of this, my power stations stop charging from the grid. I’ve seen on this forum that special firmware updates (DSP) can help lower the charging threshold.
Please push the latest updates to my devices. Here are the details:

Hi @Iusachev, we’ve consulted our technical department regarding this matter, and they informed us that your AC200PL already has the latest firmware installed, so no new firmware can be pushed for the time being. Please enable Grid Self-adaption and then adjust the parameters gradually until they match the grid voltage.
As for your AC180P, we have pushed the firmware DSP208804 to your device. Please upgrade it and then enable Grid Self-adaption. We hope this helps.
