The station Elite 100 V2 was charged to 100%. Then I turned it off and disconnected the AC INPUT charging cable.
After that, the station stopped turning on.
The station doesn’t respond to power supplied through the AC INPUT port.
The station turned on after applying power to the DC/PV INPUT port. The station worked correctly, both AC and DC modes worked, and it responded correctly to all commands.
4.1. I immediately updated the firmware to the latest version (updating all programs) to v2186.16. I did this on December 17, 2025.
But after turning off the station, it again doesn’t turn on via the button and doesn’t respond to power supplied to the AC INPUT port. It only turns on after applying voltage to the DC/PV INPUT port.
It should, when wishing to notify a specific user or Bluetti, the first symbol to type in your text (not the thread title) is; @BLUETTI_CARE or @BLUETTI .
The first is for assistance similar to your Q. The second is the Forum Admin for forum assistance and other help.
I’m assuming you are in eastern Europe or Russia given the screen shots, I’m in Australia and I don’t know the location of the Care or Admin responders, so given world time zones, be patient, lol.
I created a post on Reddit. I’m not sure if the moderators have published it, but it will be published after review. Please join the discussion on the Reddit forum.
Please try charging the machine using both AC and PV to see if it can be activated.
If the ambient temperature is low, try placing the machine in a warm location for three hours and then use a hairdryer or electric heater to preheat the ventilation port of the Elite 100 V2 before attempting to turn it on.
If it still doesn’t work, please provide photos and the serial number for further assistance.
@BLUETTI I have exactly the same problem with my Bluetti100 V2.
I had 47% battery and switched the unit off. The unit then refused to switch on. I tried holding the power button for 10 seconds as well as 1 minute, but that does not work.
I have had this problem before and after repeatedly pressing the power button I did manage to get it to switch back on.
Is this a firmware bug or a hardware issue? Is there anything you can suggest or does this unit simply need to be returned?

The Elite100 v2 is stored and used at constant temperature of 17C-18C.
I have an AC60 and an AC70 that are stored right next to it and they work fine at this temperature. What is the minimum starting temperature for the Elite 100 V2?
The Elite 100 V2 did turn on, on Monday morning after being left alone for a day and a half, so I charged it 100% on AC. However to test it was working again, I switched it off, and again it refused to switch back on.
So again the unit is refusing to accept charge when switched off. I plugged it into the AC300 to measure AC change and got 0 watts. I plugged it into the AC60 to check DC charge and got 0 watts.
I have exactly the same issue here as of February 28, 2026. ( my bluetti elite 100 v2 was bought on Amazon November 2, 2026) and it was shut off on the 28 of February 2026 and wont turn on. I used the same method of connecting power supply from wall outlet (AC) and a solar panel and after a hour of waiting i was able to power the device.
I tested the device and used up some energy from 100 percent to 80 percent to confirm it was working
Updated all firmware to.the latest versions just in case it could help.
And then hesitantly shut it off but it wont turn on with the button press again . Exactly as before all that.
i am not in America .
