Bluetti Elite 100 V2 - has been repaired (Ukraine)

Hi everyone. I ran into an issue where the power station stopped responding to the power button and wouldn’t take power through the DC INPUT port. I described the problem in more detail here.

I’m happy to share that the service center (in Ukraine) repaired my unit after 30 days (I submitted it under warranty on 05/01/2026). I received it today. It’s working properly now everything functions as it should. I’ve attached the service report / completed work statement.

Current firmware version:
ARM: v2186.13
DSP: v2200.14
BMS: v1083.08
IoT: v8024.11

Big thanks to the manufacturer for honoring the warranty and taking care of the repair.

It’s good to hear the station has been repaired.
The documentation doesn’t clearly show what was done.
But the ARM version shows that the control board was replaced—the one with the display and buttons. You handed it in with ARM version v2186.16 and received ARM: v2186.13. There’s no mention of this in the service center’s report.
Logically, if you request a firmware update, you’ll receive an update.

That’s right. Now it is possible to update to 2186.16. I don’t know if it’s worth it ;) I’ll wait, I won’t update.

It’s safe. The problem was in the hardware.
