AC200PL and the state of AC output after restart

Hi @Teece, thank you for your feedback.
We are glad to hear that!

Hi @alfatag, we would like to know the actual voltage range of the grid in your area.
Please adjust the parameter thresholds according to the actual conditions. If the ratio is too far out of range, it will indeed cause charging failure.
We look forward to your feedback.

Hi @smi1e, thank you for getting in touch with us.
We have developed a new firmware specifically for these two issues. However, since not all users need it, we have not rolled it out in bulk.
Please provide the SN code of your device and your current firmware version, and we will apply for a separate push for you.

The nominal voltage is 127v, 60hz!

Please, let me know if more details are needed!

Hi @alfatag, thank you for letting us know.
It appears your grid voltage is 127V, which is very close to 120V and should support normal charging directly.
When charging via AC, please tap the AC input icon to check the actual input voltage.
We look forward to your reply.

Hi,

after upgrade request in another topic, I’ve received an ARM only update (2140.05 to 2140.07). After successful installation the station itself is working fine, but it feels like there are some de-sync between station state and the application on the phone (which is of latest version on Android, connected via bluetooth). The app shows e.g. AC state is off, while actually it is turned on. Some settings are either zeroed out or not loaded at all (seen as --), there are spinner constantly appearing every time I switch app menus e.t.c. And the main objective of all this hurdle is not fulfilled: I still can not turn the AC switch autorecovery. Please, see some screenshots:

Maybe, I need some more updates, like IoT component? If so, please, push them to my device (ID is on one of the screenshots). Thank you!

Hello @BLUETTI @BLUETTI_CARE
Please update my AC200RL station to the latest version. I need to monitor the recovery status after shutdown.

Hello, we have registered your firmware upgrade.

Hi @BLUETTI @BLUETTI_CARE
Update didn’t arrive, but I noticed I missed the last digit in serial number.
Correct SN: AC200PL2402000461680
The rest is unchanged:
IoT: v9041.10
ARM: v2140.05
DSP: v2130.13

Can you pls update again my AC200PL with correct SN?

Hi @BLUETTI @BLUETTI_CARE, I successfully updated my AC200PL to ARM version: v2140.07. However, it’s no longer possible to configure station parameters in the Bluetti App. The Bluetti App has also been updated. It seems that station’s outdated IoT version: v9041.10 now needs to be replaced with a newer version. Can you pls send me the updated IoT version?

Hi @qualia, thank you for your update.
I have applied to upgrade your IoT to our IT department according to your request. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @BLUETTI @BLUETTI_CARE, I have updated the IoT firmware on my AC200PL. Current system:
IoT: v9041.15
ARM: v2140.07
DSP: v2130.13
S/N: AC200PL2402000461680
Bluetti App: v3.0.9

Issue: The app fails to sync and display the real-time status of the station’s settings (AC/DC outputs, Power Lifting, Eco Mode, etc.). All toggles appear as “Off” in the app, even when they are active on the station.

Behavior Details: Controlling the station via the app works. For example, turning on AC Output or Power Lifting via the app executes the command on the unit. However, UI toggles in the app remain in the “Off” position. Manual physical state changes on the station are not reflected in the app.

Troubleshooting Done: Reinstalled the Bluetti App. Cleared the app cache. The issue persists on Android & iOS. Please advise on a solution or a firmware fix.

Hi @qualia, thank you for letting us know.
This issue is very rare. Could you please record a video of your app operation, upload it to Google Drive, and share the link with us? We will then conduct further analysis of the problem.

Please note that this forum will soon be merged with the App Community. If you have any questions in the future, please get in touch with us through the App Community.

The official announcement is as follows.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE,

I have recorded a video demonstrating the issue.

Video summary:

  • I enabled AC Output via the app: the station executed the command, but the app UI failed to update and still shows it as “Off”.
  • I enabled Power Lifting via the app: the station responded correctly, but the app status remained unchanged.
  • This sync issue applies to all other settings as well.

The video also displays the current Bluetti App and AC200PL firmware versions.

The official announcement is as follows.

Hi @qualia, thank you for providing the detailed video.

Regarding the issue where the App interface status fails to update synchronously, it appears to be caused by a cloud response delay. To help us further troubleshoot the cause, could you please try switching to a Bluetooth connection for testing? This will help us verify whether this issue is caused by network latency or other systemic reasons.

In addition, did this problem occur after a recent firmware upgrade (such as the IOT or ARM firmware)?

We look forward to your reply so that we can provide you with a more accurate solution.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE,

The issue first appeared right after upgrading the ARM firmware from v2140.05 to v2140.07.

Additional details:

  • The bug persists regardless of the connection type (Bluetooth or Cloud).
  • Subsequent update of the IoT firmware from v9041.10 to v9041.15 did not resolve the problem.
  • Reinstalling the Bluetti App on both Android and iOS yields the same incorrect behavior.
