AC180P upgrade request for auto restore AC/DC after power restore

Hi,
It did not work, same error (phone connected to wifi or via LTE):

Regards,
Luigi

It’s been 4 months and 1 week since this message;

9 months 1 week since this one;

1 year and 1 week since this one.

Fellas, at this point I’m not sure what you are doing down there, besides printing new elite models each month, but you should finally decide: do we get stable firmware for AC200L/PL in batches with this feature or not?
Because it’s getting embarrassing.

Hi @luigi_tomaselli, that’s really strange. Could you confirm whether the upgrade failed at the very beginning at 0%, or during the process between 50% and 100%?

It would be very helpful if you could upload a video of the upgrade process to a cloud drive and share the link with us. This will help us further troubleshoot the issue.

Hi @VSM, we have indeed been paying close attention to this matter and have been actively promoting the development of new firmware for the AC200L and AC200PL. However, during the testing process we encountered some app compatibility issues, so the firmware is still being revised and tested. This may take some additional time, as we want to ensure the best possible experience for all users.

That said, we have already confirmed with our R&D team that this firmware will be pushed in batches in the future. If a customer needs it urgently at the moment, please provide the SN number and the current firmware version so that we can arrange a separate push.

I need a System switch recovery feature for my AC200PL very badly (and for quite a long time as for now)…

My SN is AC200PL2412000128498
IOT 9041.10
ARM 2140.05
DSP 2130.13

Hi @luigi_tomaselli, thank you for letting us know.
We have reported this issue to the technical team and will contact you once we receive feedback.

Hi @Ontone, thank you for your update.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @luigi_tomaselli, we have now received a response. For this issue, please try reinstalling the app and then attempt again.

Could you please try once more? Please note that only upgrade it once.
We look forward to your feedback.

Hi,
unfortunately it didn’t work, the app now ask me to update from 2131.07 to 2131.08 and it procede correctly, i can see percentage on Unit and it tell me upgrade completed, after that anyway the app tell me the Unit needs to update , from same to same version (2131.07 to 2131.08).

The unit so didn’t update correctly and the system switch recovery remain disabled as before.

Regards,
Luigi

Hi @luigi_tomaselli, thank you for your update.
It looks like your ARM has been upgraded successfully. Please do not upgrade it repeatedly.
In addition, we have also pushed the latest IOT version to you. Please test again after upgrading.
We look forward to your feedback.

Hi,
now it seems to work correctly, after the iot update switch recovery result already enabled.

Thanks,
Luigi

Hi,
after upgrade i cannot use bluetti-mqtt anymore to talk via bluetooth with the unit; i think i need bluetti_device_licence.csv to use [bluetti-bluetooth-lib] correctly with encryption, can you help me?

Regards,
Luigi

So I just did my first battery drain on my Apex300 and noticed that the AC power did not restore. This could potentially be a major problem for me, I’m requesting the same thing in an update. Unless I’m missing a setting somewhere for this?

@JoshH Have you waited till it charged to 5%? The feature should be present in new devices by default. For older devices it’s switch is in advanced settings.

Hi @luigi_tomaselli, we have received your private message.
Please provide your email address via private message so we can proceed with your application.

Hi @JoshH, thank you for getting in touch with us.
Please enable the System Power Switch Memory Function in the App. Once enabled, the device will remember the ON/OFF status of AC and DC outputs when the SOC drops to 0%. When the SOC recovers to 5%, the previous settings will be restored automatically.

With AC input: The settings will resume immediately once SOC reaches 5%.

Without AC input: The settings will restore only after SOC rises to 5% and the outputs remain off for at least 30 minutes.

If you need the password to activate this function, please contact us via private message or reach out to your seller.

So that setting is turned on in the app.

I must have not waited the full 5 minutes, next discharge cycle I do I will test this.

Thanks, Josh

Hi @JoshH, thank you for your update.
Yes, please test it at your convenience. We hope everything goes smoothly!

@BLUETTI @BLUETTI_CARE The app informed me of a firmware update today and I downloaded and installed it.

However, now the System Switch Recovery is disabled. Even when I go to advanced settings and enable System Switch Recovery it still stays disabled. The feature was working perfectly before the update that was installed today.

Please help me re-enable this feature.
