Hi @kryshchuk.dmytro, we are currently providing new firmware updates individually to users who need this function. We do plan to roll it out to all users in the future, but I don’t have a specific timeline yet.
If you would like to receive the update now, please let us know your AC200PL SN code and current firmware version.
Hi @senya222, thank you for contacting us.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Hi @DmytroDubinin, thank you for your feedback. This is normal operation.
We have configured the unit to not allow powering off while connected to AC power.
This is to prevent the power station battery from over-discharging if the user forgets about it after turning it off while plugged in.Power consumption is higher when connected to power and kept in this state than during a normal shutdown.
Thank you for your clarification regarding the power-off behavior while connected to AC power.
I understand your explanation. However, I believe users should have the option to manually power off the unit even when it is connected to AC. This should ideally be a configurable setting rather than a forced limitation.
Additionally, I would like to emphasize that the other issues remain unresolved:
- The firmware update still appears in the app as if it has not been installed.
- The “System Switch Recovery” (last state memory) option cannot be enabled — after entering the password 888888, it does not switch to “Enable”.
- Previously reported behavior inconsistencies after update are still present.
At this point, nothing has changed after following all recommended steps (restart app, restart unit, rebind device, reconnect WiFi).
I would appreciate clear confirmation:
- What firmware version should currently be installed?
- Is the update properly registered on your server side?
- Are the above issues officially recognized as firmware bugs?
- When can we expect a corrective update?
These problems affect core functionality, so I would appreciate a concrete update regarding resolution.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Dmytro
Hi @DmytroDubinin, thank you for your update.
We have consulted the technical department about this issue. They informed me that the latest ARM and IOT firmware has been pushed to your AC200PL. Please upgrade the firmware first and then test it. We look forward to your feedback.
Have a nice weekend!
Dear @BLUETTI_CARE
Thank you for pushing the latest ARM and IOT firmware updates.
I have successfully updated both firmware versions. The previous issue with the update notification has now been resolved.
However, the “System Switch Recovery” (last state memory) function still cannot be enabled. After entering the password, the toggle does not switch to “Enable.”
I have tried all recommended steps:
- Rebooting the device
- Reinstalling and restarting the app
- Unbinding and rebinding the device
- Resetting the unit to factory settings
Unfortunately, nothing has resolved this issue.
I am attaching screenshots confirming the firmware versions, as well as a video demonstrating that the function cannot be activated.
Thank you again for your support. I sincerely look forward to resolving the remaining issue with the System Switch Recovery function.
Best regards,
Dmytro
Saludos cordiales
@BLUETTI_CARE
Afternoon, unfortunately I have been away for a few days and missed the firmware push to my device, please can you arrange for it to be pushed again as the app now does not show a new firmware is available.
Thank you.
Hola @Marcosizqmarcosykaty2025, nos gustaría ayudarte.
¿Podrías darme la versión actual del firmware de tu AC200PL?
Después, instalaremos el nuevo firmware en tu unidad.
Hi @Teece, we have consulted our technical team about this issue, and they confirmed that your firmware is already up to date. Currently, the function on the AC200PL is enabled by default and cannot be turned off via the app.
They will develop a new firmware update, and we hope it will be released as soon as possible.
Hi @DmytroDubinin, thank you for providing the detailed information—it’s very helpful.
We have passed it on to our R&D team, and they will conduct further tests to reproduce the issue.
We will contact you once we have an update.
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE
There is clearly a problem with this firmware as described above by @DmytroDubinin and highlighted by myself where grid self adaptation has been changed to 120 volts which is not correct for the UK, if there is no current fix for this please revert my unit to it’s previous firmware until the issue is resolved.
Thank you.
Hi Team!
Hope you are well!
Can you please confirm, since I didnt received the update yet??
Please, follow my serial numbers and versions:

Comm: IoT2425000010089
IOT: v9041.10
ARM: v2141.06
DSP: v2098.22
BMS 01: v1056.03
BMS 02: v1067.13
Thanks in advance!
Hi @alfatag, thank you for your feedback.
We have consulted the technical department about this issue. They informed me that your firmware is already the latest version, so no other firmware can be pushed.
Please enable Grid Self-adaption and adjust the voltage parameters, and you will be able to charge under weak grid conditions.Hope this helps.
Hi @Teece, we have found a new firmware, ARM 214007, that can fix this issue and have applied to push it to you.
Please upgrade the firmware and test again. We look forward to your feedback.
Thank you very much @BLUETTI_CARE
The update has resolved the issues that appeared after the last update and the System Switch Recovery option is now visible and useable (I will test this function during normal operation).
The only outstanding issue is the BMS for both the AC200PL and both B210’s still report a firmware update is available but fails to update returning a message “You’re up to date”.
Otherwise the app and my units seems to be operating correctly, I will report back once I have tested the System Switch Recovery.
Switch recovery so far working as expected.
Hi @Teece, thanks for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the Switch recovery function is working properly.
Regarding the BMS upgrade prompt issue, could you please provide us with:
The current BMS versions of your B210 and AC200PL
The SN number of the B210
A screenshot of the corresponding app’s firmware upgrade interface
We look forward to your reply.
