The screen of my ac200max no longer allows me to set AC or DC on

Hello

The screen of my Ac200max normally displays the menus, dialog boxes and buttons to click… But unfortunately when I click on “on” to try to turn on the AC or DC, it beeps but nothing happens . On the other hand, I can turn on AC and DC via the Bluetti application on my phone via BLUETOOTH.
I checked what I could modify in the configuration menu: all configurations are blocked except for “blacklight/brightness” or “touch sound” or “language setting”, which I can still modify.

I’m afraid the screen is dead, can you confirm that? Or is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks

Same thing happened to my AC500 a few months ago. Bluetti pushed an update to me and that fixed the issue. Maybe they can do the same for the AC200Max.

@Snips1 For the low-voltage version machine, ARM firmware 403210 was pushed to all AC200MAXs, please update the firmware to check if it works.

Hello
My ac200max :sn 2250002649874
16 cells 3,32V
After the update of the firmware
dsp version 4005.07 ->4005.08
arm 4008.05
bms 1017.03
hmi. 6037.04

That does not solve my problem. Thanks you for your Help.

@Snips1 For your machine, please contact the after-sale support to repair the screen. The new ARM firmware can’t solve your problem.

Thank you for your answer.
