Still no update available in the app.

@6ender Sorry for the late reply. If you didn’t receive the update firmware notification, we suggest you do the machine power cycle first. (Empty the power and then fill it up with AC, cycle twice.)
If the problem still exists, Then you need to contact customer service at service@bluettipower.com to return the machine for repairing

I’ve been monitoring the station for a few days now and haven’t noticed any further problems so far. everything works as it should and no voltage drops have occurred so far. Thanks for your help.

My AC200Max is loosing all power over night. No output. S/n 22210025459

@Jonathan Have you tried to calibrate the machine?

First discharge the machine to 0%, then charge it to 100% via AC. During this time it needs to be charged continuously, with no loaded.
Please follow the above method at least twice to see if the problem can be improved.
If the problem persists, please let me know the version number of your BMS by the way.

Hello Bluetti,

after a month of observation, the error occurs again.
Yesterday evening (01.05.2023) with 48% switched off.
Today (02.05.2023) when turning on independently (solar charging) it is at 75%.
It seems that the error has not been fixed. 3 days before, the station was completely discharged and charged again to 100% with the charger and then discharged again to 0%. In the last 2 days the station was charged to 75% with solar and discharged to 48% as described above. Now it is again 75% which can not be true.

How to proceed to solve the problem?
