Hi @hnymann, that’s a bit odd, but don’t worry. We have applied to push it again.
Please check and upgrade it in time. We look forward to your feedback.
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE,
The update continues to be elusive, and I continue to check every day. To verify that I am checking correctly for the update I will attach a screen capture video.
Hi @hnymann, thank you for your update.
We have requested another push. Please try again tomorrow. We believe everything will go smoothly this time.
We look forward to your feedback.
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE, I can confirm that the update is available for my SolarX now, and actually there are two updates available, one for IOT, and the other for DSP. I intend to install the updates tonight.
Thank you for your persistence!
Hi I have same problem, can I have new firmware pushed in to my Solar X 4K as well
SN 2528000808000
Thank you
@BLUETTI_CARE are you able to assist ?
"Hi I have same problem, can I have new firmware pushed in to my Solar X 4K as well

Hi @Fibak, thank you for contacting us.
May I have the current firmware version of your SolarX 4K?
Then we will push the new firmware soon.

Looks like new firmware update is now available, Thank you
I will let you know how it went
I have installed the firmware that was pushed to my Solar X 4K and it seems to be working fine.
IOT v8029.10
DSP v9092.12
What I have noticed is that the Fans on Solar X 4K are way quieter. They are still audible but it sounds like before it was running 100% all the time and now its about 30%. Was this part of the update ?
Less noise is welcomed, but I want to be sure its not affecting cooling.
I have noticed one more thing which I have not seen before. After batteries are charged to 100%. Solar X 4K stops charging and is flashing red led with error in the app E010 Battery Voltage High / Hardware Battery Over Voltage. This is not recovering when charge % on batteries drop below 100%, but 2 x XT60 ports still continue to charge Apex 300. Only way to make it work is to disconnect solar input from Solar X 4K and reconnect cable between Solar X 4K and Apex 300.
This has happened now two days in a row and I have not seen that before firmware upgrade.
Can you please assist with this problem ?
Kind Regards
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE,
I just wanted to follow up, as I think it has been long enough now to be certain. My SolarX 4K has been completely reliable since those last updates. Thank you very much for continuing to work with us for this resolution.
Also, as @Fibak mentioned, the cooling fans in the SolarX are running at lower speeds and are much quieter. I can tell they are running still, and that they sound like they are varying in speed, so I am assuming their speed will be related to the internal temperature. My equipment is in a basement area that usually is around 65 Fahrenheit (18 Celcius), so the fans won’t have to run much, and the quiet in that room is appreciated!
Glad to hear you got it fixed hnymann. I would also like to get mine working properly, so I can hook up my other Apex 300 and the Hub A1, which has been gathering dust since last Fall. So, is there now an actual firmware update, or are we still doing the pushing of updates, whatever that means?
Hi @Fibak, thank you for the update.
To push the new firmware to all your devices, we still need the SN codes and current firmware versions of both your Apex 300 and battery pack. Could you please provide them?
We look forward to your reply.
Hello @Clay1,
The updates being pushed are firmware updates, so that is the same. Bluetti, from what I notice, sometimes puts out generally available updates, and I assume that these are known stable updates. However, for the types of situations that we are finding ourselves in where a fix is needed, they seem to use a directed update method. I believe this is to limit potentially unstable fixes from going “wild”, so to speak, before determining if they are stable enough for general release. To me this is a good methodology, and I have become quite comfortable with working with Bluetti’s support people to resolve issues this way, effectively working together to make these systems better for everyone.
I have noticed that my SolarX 4K has become more efficient in using my solar panels with these updates, now getting around 200 to 300 watts more than what my AC300 was able to extract with the same panels.
Hi Hnymann and thanks for the response. I hope this does increase my wattage, as it seems to not want to go above 1500 watts, which is less that half of their rating and they are only about six months old. I’ll do the update soon. Thanks again to you and Bluetti Care.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE I have applied new firmware yesterday and today battery was charged to 100% and no errors thus far. Seems to be working ok. Thank you.
Can i have it pushed to my other 2x Apex 300 please.

Hi @Fibak, thank you for letting us know.
I am glad to hear that the new firmware works well.
We need the current firmware version of your 2 Apex 300 units. Could you please provide screenshots of the firmware for both units? This will allow us to push the corresponding new firmware to you.
HI @BLUETTI_CARE After testing my Apex300 and installing pushed ARM firmware, the problem is still not resolved

Device is working fine up until charge reaches 100%. Once its there Apex 300 error icon is flashing and App showing 2 errors
E074 BMS System Fault
E010 Battery Voltage High / Hardware Battery Over Voltage
after that “Solar X 4K” stops charging “Apex 300” and will not resume charging until cable in-between them is disconnected and reconnected back again.
Apex 300 still continues to charge via XT60 ports once charge drops below 100%
