Solar X 4K needs to be unplugged every morning and re plugged in order to work

@BLUETTI_CARE hello ?

Hi @Fibak ,

Hope you are having a wonderful day.

Regarding the E010 and E074 error codes you encountered, our team has pushed a new firmware version DSP v2174.17 to your device .

Please complete the update and let us know if the issue persists once the charge reaches 100%.

@BLUETTI_CARE Thank you
I will install it this evening and test it tomorrow

Thank you for your help. If this will resolve my problem, Can i have it pushed as well to my two other APEX 300 ( details above )

Kind Regards

Fibak

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE Thank you for the update. Errors are not popping up now

However problem remains.

All is working good until Apex 300 reaches 100% state of charge.

Solar X 4K then stops charging and red dot on it is flashing

2 x XT 60 ports continue to charge Apex 300, but Solar X 4K never starts charging again even if state of charge drops below 100% on APEX 300.

Only way to make it charge again is to disable PV input on Solar X 4K and disconnect cable between it and Apex 300.

Reconnect after few seconds and enable PV input and it will start charging again as long as state of charge is below 100%

Not sure if this can be addressed somehow.

As the workaround that I have found requires physical presence, means system cannot be left unsupervised for even a day or Solar X 4K will never start charging the next day.

Is this a problem with other user or perhaps one of my units is faulty ?

Looking forward to hear from you. Thank you for your support

Kind Regards

Fibak

Hi @Fibak, thank you for letting us know.
Normally, updating the firmware can resolve this issue.

We consider your firmware upgrade may not have been completed successfully. Could you please provide screenshots of the App firmware version page for both Apex 300 units for our verification?

Please note: connect via Bluetooth first, then tap the upgrade option to proceed with the update.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE

Here is a screenshot of the firmware versions currently installed.

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Hi @Fibak, thank you for letting us know.
We have arranged the new firmware push for the Apex 300 and its battery packs. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it. When updating the battery pack firmware, please connect only one battery at a time.
Please recalibrate the unit after completing the upgrade.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE I’m checking, but there are no new updates available to install

Hi @Fibak, thank you for your update.
We have pushed the new DSP217417 and ARM220413 firmware to your two Apex 300 units. Could you please confirm whether you have bound your account and completed the Bluetooth connection?

If you haven’t received the firmware update, please send us a screenshot of the firmware upgrade page in your App, and we will apply to push the update again for you.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE

Importunately my Apex 300 has died. All the error it was throwing eventually killed it.

It power button blinking for 10 sec and it shuts down, regardless of AC input or solar. LCD doesn’t even lights up.

I’m in the process of sending it back to Bluetti UK.

I’m now testing one of my spare Apex 300 to see if it will experience similar problems.

Current Apex 300 details:

SN: AP3002519000157745
IoT: v8026.13
ARM: v2204.13
DSP: v2174.17
BMS: v1073.07

I will keep you informed of the results after couple of days

Kind Regards

Fibak
