@TRex888 A firmware is available to address this issue. May I ask which country you are in? I need to confirm the location version of the machine.

I have an AC180 and recently connected a solar panel to find the same clicking issue when the light is dim but not generating any power.

Hi @Daleyb93, regarding this matter, I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.

Is there any reason why this firmware isn’t pushed to devices as standard? Any potential downsides of it?
I hope that future updates don’t revert it to the clicking version.

Hi @Daleyb93, thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that the new firmware works well.
There are no potential downsides to this firmware. The reason we haven’t pushed it out in batches is that the clicking noise issue occurs relatively infrequently. Most users do not need this upgrade.
