Note this is a replacement model, I had to ask for the same fix on the original AC180 that had a Dc Converter Fail

My Bluetti AC200L has the sam problem. Where do I find the information you need to push the update?

My Bluetti AC170 also clicks on low solar input. Current firmware:

It’s been 2 months since I have posted about this topic asking for help and I have received no reply.

This issue is an absolute deal breaker when concidering solar power banks.

I have to unplug my power bank every night and replug it in every morning. Otherwise it wakes me up at sunrise with a very annoying clicking sound that lasts almost 30 mins.

If I knew this was an issue with the Bluetti power banks, I never would have purchased one.

I am very disappointed that Bluetti has not replied to either of my requests to help remedy this issue.

I can’t in good conscience recommend Bluetti products to anyone.
