Low grid voltage error on AC180P

Hi @Kvano , Currently, we can’t turn off the UPS mode, if you don’t want to charge the AC appliances directly, please disconnect them from AC180P when the AC is charging.

Hi @Vovan_M , Currently, the new firmware version is only available for the AC180P. There are no immediate plans for other models. If there is significant demand for this feature from customers, our product development team will consider developing it for other models as well.

Understood. Anyway, I already had to buy an AVR for an additional 55$ to get your device working.

Can this be implemented in the future? It’d be very convenient to be able to turn the UPS mode off.

Having the same issue here - the device (AC180P) does not charge at all from the grid due to low voltage error.
Can I have an update as well? The only one that was available for me (v2088.03) is already installed, but I do not get any new updates unfortunately.

Is there an option to push an update manually if I cannot see it in the menu?

Hi @petrucsha, I have applied to upgrade your DSP to our IT department. They will push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Once we push the new firmware, you can log into the Bluetti app and upgrade it directly.

Hi @petrucsha, We have pushed another version of DSP, v2088.04 for you. Since this version has the same name as your original DSP version, we have temporarily renamed it to v2088.99 to distinguish them.
We would like to know if you have successfully upgraded. If so, please let us know, and we will remove the upgrade notification to avoid disturbing you.
Please also inform us if the issue has been resolved after the upgrade.

Today I have upgraded DSP to v2088.04 and my AC180P is charging even grid is 177 V.
So, it works, thank you.

Thank you very much, after upgrading to the .04 version of firmware the station can be charged even if the grid voltage is lower than usual, I’m relieved

I’m having the same problem with my AC180 (non-P version). Due to ongoing power issues in Ukraine, the voltage often drops below 190v. Unfortunately, this isn’t enough to fully charge my device. As a result, I can’t rely on it during extended power outages.

I was wondering if there’s any possibility of a firmware update that could address this issue. I imagine other AC180 users in Ukraine might be facing similar problems. Any solutions you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
