upd. I have just checked Bluetti app and the message about available v2088.04 → v2088.99 update is gone now. It just shows I have v2088.4 (see pic)

And the station still can charge with ~180V voltage.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE, I am from Ukraine too.
170V in the grid.
Help pls

Hello, I have the same station with the same firmware and the same problem. It is impossible to adjust the low voltage thresholds. The changed values are not saved. I filled out the form in the header, looking forward to updates.

@BLUETTI Hello,
Even though Bluetti app still shows that update v2088.04 → v2088.99 is still available, eventually it seems to be only a software bug in the Android app, when it cannot recognize that the update was in fact executed.

Two weeks passed since I executed the DSP update, and the problem with low voltage error during charge is gone now. AC180P is charging now even with ~178V. I am grateful for your assistance!

A question is now - how the future updates should be handled? Should I stick to the custom DSP firmware you provided me with and do NOT execute any updates if they are available in the app?

Dear User,
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the low voltage error has been resolved and that your AC180P is charging normally now, even at ~178V.
Regarding future updates, if your current setup is functioning well and you’re satisfied with the performance, you may choose to continue using the custom DSP firmware without applying any updates from the app. However, we recommend keeping an eye on future releases, as they may contain important improvements or fixes. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you!

If I filled it out yesterday, is there any chance of getting an update?
