so the problem seems to be , that it just dont want to calibrate correctly anymore.
maybe it should be you’re work to figure it out ?
I would appreciate a replacement to save me time pls.
no offence !
On the other hand , i asked you specific : did you changed anything mppt-wise on the dc8 input port @ the 2052,10 firmware ?
you decided to say nothing. so my conclusion now is a broken / faulty / defect panel . What else !?
You now want a video . Hope next Weekend will be good for that .
May I know the ARMA version of your EB3A? Did you update to 206205 to test?
When you do the full cycle of charge and discharge, please ignore the SOC. Please completely drain the battery until it automatically shuts down, and then charge it with AC until it is fully charged and automatically shuts down.
@bluetti_chromenbgmailcom ARM 206205 is for the US version. Our R&D department is already testing new firmware for the European version to solve the problem. If the firmware is developed, you can provide the SN and we will push the firmware to you separately for testing. Could you please wait a few days?
The first try ended up @7% . Startpoint 7% -100
2nd try ended up @3% . Startpoint 99%-100
the first time the red “low bat” icon is showing up again since ages
So it definitly has not fixed that , but it seems slightly better

EB3A2246002043148 ARM V2063,02 AND DSP V2052,10. Please help
Similar issue here.
I bought this device about five months ago, and it worked nicely until I was on my first long road trip. Now, when I charge with a 14V DC, nothing happens. When I set it with ac, it turns on. The battery level is at 100%, and in a few seconds, it shut down and didn’t turn on until I plugged in the AC again. It happens with nothing connected. I’m trying to call their tech support, but nobody answers.
@VCV_Expedition If you unplug the charging cable, and you can’t turn it on anyway, you can try to turn on the AC and DC keys of the EB3A while the charging cable is plugged in. After 30 minutes to 1 hour, when the SOC drops to 99%, then unplug the charging cable to see if it can be turned on.
I had the same problem!
Bluetti worked only in UPS mode. As soon as I unplugged the charging cord, it turned off, and the bluetti itself wouldn’t charge.
My problem went away after I updated the drivers (Firmware) in the app. I tried to go into the app before but because I wasn’t registered I couldn’t update them. Now everything works perfectly!
I just got the EB3A today and noticed that it turns off every time I unplug the AC charging cable. I tried pressing any of the power buttons but it just wont turn on. I have also tried charging it to 100% and unplugging it once SOC drops to 99% but it’s still doing the same.
