Hi. I am facing issues with my EB3A. It says overload when not overloaded and AC blinks.
SN: EB3A2507003108695
Firmware version:
ARM: v2197.02
DSP: v2196.01
Hi,
Please try these steps to troubleshoot the overload error:
- Check the firmware version in the APP to confirm it is the latest.
- Check what devices (and their wattage/specs) you connected to the unit. If the total load power exceeds the unit’s rated output, it will show an error. If you are using low-power devices (e.g., a display screen of several tens of watts, a router, a computer), please check the next section in the app: “AC load with low-power loads (e.g., tens-of-watts display, router, computer)”—see if it reports “overload.”
- If you are using an inductive load (e.g., a small refrigerator), the problem may be the startup (inrush) power, which can be very high and exceed the unit’s surge/inrush power, causing overload. You can try connecting other devices around 400–500W and see whether the unit still reports overload.
- If the unit is in “Dominator” mode / 大力士模式, and the resistive load power is too high, it may also trigger overload.
- Reduce the load or remove all loads, then turn the unit on again to check whether the overload error still occurs.
Please let us know what devices you connected (with their wattage) and what the app shows, and we will help you further.
