I must say, I do not understand. I believe, I have the same problem as everyone else, the same FW versions and yet, it would not help me? It is much easier to try an update, than sending a 30kg unit back for a repair.
I can request a repair from the shop I have bought it 11months ago, but I would love to have a written statement from your side, so it is not denied by the company please.
Or maybe try a factory reset?

Hi @alternate18, We’ve attempted to push the firmware update, but the system indicated a failure. Therefore, we believe this is a hardware issue that cannot be resolved remotely. A factory reset hasn’t helped either.
We understand that the repair process can be quite inconvenient, but at this point, it’s the only viable option.
Could you let us know where you purchased the unit? Was it from an authorized dealer?

I do not think that this is an authorized dealer. I have filed the repair request and I have to deliver it to them and they will send it to an authorized service. I can not afford to be without this unit - I have bought other accessories and have whole electronic system based on it… so it is very inconvenient

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE . I have an update of my situation. Despite that I insisted in the request only on repair / change for new one, I was fully refunded. Luckily there was the last unit on stock. So I have bought it immediately. Unfortunately the price was 35$ higher, but the display works.

Hello, my AC 200 Max is having a similar problem. It was working fine yesterday, but today it is not. It turns on, device accepts charge from the mains. I push the ac on button and the lcd beeps, so it registers my touch, but the acon circle remains gray. Same thing with dc. i turned the unit off, waited a few minutes, turned it back on. Same thing occurs. I generally never use the Bluetooth feature, but I wanted to test it with the application. I went under the settings and when I push the button for Bluetooth it does the same thing as for the AC and DC. The lcd beeps so it seems to register my touch, but the bluetooth does not turn on. Should I attempt the factory reset? @BLUETTI_CARE
Hi @Metallicat.420, It seems that your AC200MAX can’t turn on AC/DC output via the AC/DC power buttons, is that correct? We have a new firmware to fix this issue.
Please provide the SN number of your AC200MAX and its current firmware version, and we will push the new firmware for you.

Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.

Hi @Metallicat.420, Let’s try these steps to resolve your connection problem:
First, please update the BLUETTI app to the latest version and restart your phone. Does this help?
If not, try toggling the Bluetooth switches—turn them off and back on for both your phone and the unit.
Test the connection in offline mode (direct Bluetooth pairing). If this works, it might indicate a weak internet connection on your phone—you could then try using a different device.
As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app—sometimes this clears up stubborn glitches.
While we don’t think a factory reset will solve this specific issue, you’re welcome to try it if the steps above don’t work.

Hi thank you for trying to help. I can not toggle the Bluetooth off and on. I do have the latest app version. I tried the factory reset, but it was equally non responsive. I plan to send the unit back to the distributor. After the repair I plan to leave the Bluetooth on constantly, in case something like this happens again in the future. Thanks for trying to help
