Hello,
i have no update, or the latest firmware. Do you sent it ?
Best regards
Thomas
Hi @ThomasB, I am sorry for the inconvenience.
We have consulted our technical engineers regarding this matter. They confirmed that the new firmware cannot resolve this issue and therefore did not release an update. The recommended solution is to proceed with a warranty return.
Please contact our after-sales service team, and they will guide you through the repair process. If you have any questions about how to reach the appropriate customer service team or concerns about the service process, please send us a private message with your order information so that we can arrange priority service for you.
Hi
I have the same issue that AC on off do not work from touch screen. But work from the app.
Can you please push me an update to fix this issue?
Exact same issue here, touchscreen and menus work fine but can switch AC/DC off/on only via the app. Please push the firmware update or arrange replacement. SN: AC200M2238001130965
Same issue on AC200MAX
SN: AC200M2247001128971
ARM v4008.05
DSP v4005.08
BMS v1017.03
Please support, may I know which are the firmware version most updated?
The app says I’m updated but on the forum above, @dimko, in 2023, asked the newest version and the support answered that the ARM was 4008.09. Now, in 2026 my device is considered updated with ARM 4008.05.
Yes i have the same issues on mine too
After one month, I’ve called again via phone and finally they pushed also to me the ARM 4008.09, the same that solved 3 years ago the problem to dimko. The problem has been SOLVED. I write here in order to help other people in my condition. Even if the phone tells you that the device is UPDATED, it’s not said, that check it’s not robust.
In my case I had a firmware vers. 4008.5 (in 2026 considered updated by the system) while in the 2023 there was already a 4008.9 available. Don’t give-up, If you are strong enough, in 2 months you can be updated with the “push”.
