Message to Bluetti
I would like to draw the attention of Bluetti administrators and engineering team to a recurring issue with Bluetti Premium 100.
Based on feedback from multiple users (see attached screenshot), the same behavior is being observed:
The station suddenly becomes unresponsive after a short period of use (weeks, not years).
On startup it may show a red battery icon and “alarm” message, then shut down after several seconds.
After multiple attempts, the unit can sometimes be forced to start, but power behavior becomes unstable.
Normal shutdown no longer works correctly.
Users report that the station only stays on if AC or DC output is enabled.
This confirms abnormal power sequencing and logic supply behavior, not a user error.
In my own case, the station reliably boots only when external 5V is supplied to the BMS logic rail. This strongly suggests a hardware issue related to the always-on power circuit, not firmware or temperature.
This post is shared for awareness and technical escalation purposes only.
It is not a repair guide or user instruction.
Please escalate this issue to the engineering team, as it affects multiple users and cannot be resolved by firmware updates or general recommendations
