Hi @monsterru, Currently, there is no new firmware available for your version of AC60P that can retain the output settings after a power outage. We have forwarded your feedback to the R&D department and hope it will be helpful.
We will contact you once we receive a response.
Hi @monsterru, I am glad to tell you we have finished the firmware now.
Now I have applied to upgrade your firmware.
Our IT department will push the latest firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it does help.
Thank you so much for the quick response! I have been able to upgrade the firmware. Now I could enable the System Switch Recovery function.
I have tested this by turning off the power and letting my fridge drain the backup to simulate extended outage. However it appears that due to the Bluetti disabling AC sockets before it run out of battery (it disabled the AC port after battery dropped to 0% however the main power button stayed on). When I turned the power back on the bluetti turned on, but the AC port was not enabled. I had to turn it on manually.
It appears that for my use-case - when I am away from my cottage this would not work as the fridge would be off after the long power loss…
Any advise? Maybe I have done something wrong? I could confirm that the setting was enabled correctly. And the unit did turn back on, but AC was no longer enabled…
Hi @monsterru, Based on your description, it seems that the main power button remained lit, which suggests the unit wasn’t fully shut down — therefore, it may not have accurately simulated a power outage. Could that be the case?
Also, please note that AC output will only activate when the battery’s level more than 5%.
1. When grid power is available, the output settings will resume as soon as the battery reaches 5%.
2. When grid power is unavailable, the output settings will only resume if the battery reaches 5% and the output has remained off for at least 30 minutes.
Additionally, if your Bluetti app has been updated to version 2.3.10, you’ll need to input the password 88888888 to enable this feature.
Hi Bluetti!
Thank you once again for the quick reply. Just to clarify I have waited before for the power button to go out before connecting the mains power back… What I didn’t do is to wait for the battery to get to the 5% as you have advised above.
After doing the test again and waiting for the battery to get back to 5% the AC output was enabled automatically and my fridge has started working again!
Thank you so much for your help!
D.
Hi @monsterru, Thank you for the update — we’re glad to hear the new firmware is working well!
We hope everything continues to go smoothly. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us anytime.
Do we know if there is something similar for the AC70? I am using it as. UPS for my freezer and just realized that it would be very bad if it doesn’t come back on by itself when I am away. Very bad. Worse than no AC70 at all. How do I enable this for the AC70? I am already on the latest firmware but don’t see this recovery option.
I have exactly the same problem with Elite 200 V2 firmware is 8024.07
Although me test for the moment is shutting it down and turning it back on. Battery is 11%
I will test depleting battery later…
Turned off at 4%, connected to grid, got to 6% without turning dc and ac on.
Battery fully depleted while ac dc on, connected to grid, unit turned on with ac and dc off, got to 5% and it turned on both! So everything is working as it should, i just thought if i turned off, and on again it would remember as well.
My unit is also not turning on this feature: AC1802446003595180 I would please like the firmware update that allows me to turn this on
My unit doesn’t enable the feature after entering 88888888.

IoT firmware: v9046.04
ARM: v2107.03
DSP: v2102.04
BMS: v1052.03
IOS APP: v2.3.21
AC50P2443001270290 It doesn’t work either. The mode is turned on. But when the charge is 0 and the external power supply is turned on, the output voltage. The outlet is not activated, this function is disabled in the settings.
Make sure you have the latest firmware AND the latest app. I have an AC70 and it didn’t work till I updated both.
Hello,
Thank you for your message. If the AC50P (serial number AC50P2443001270290) doesn’t power its AC output when the charge is 0%, this is expected behavior — the unit must have a minimum internal charge before it can activate the output, even with external power connected
The system recovery is enabled (which requires updated firmware and app), the behavior is that if AC output was on before battery depletion (0% SOC), it would remain off when grid power is enabled and the unit is charging until the battery SOC reaches 5%, at which point the AC output would turn back on. If the system recovery option is disabled, then it would never turn back on automatically.
The problem is that all updates are installed, the option is enabled, but even when the charge is more than 5%, the station does not turn on automatically.
After all applicable updates have been installed sucessfully – it still does NOT recover either output, even if the battery level is 100%% charged and despite the output has remained off for over 30 minutes. How can we get it fixed?
Hi @likbez, Could you please tell us your device model and SN code?
We will then check if any new firmware is available.
Hi everyone,
I need this feature (System switch recovery) on all my devices, please, help! Serial numbers and versions are bellow:
AC200PL - System switch recovery is absent in Advanced settings at all.
S/N AC200PL2412000128498
AC180P - System switch recovery is present in Advanced settings, but I`m unable to turn it on, just as topic starter described.
S/N AC180P2335000496039
ARM v2089.03
DSP v2088.03
Thank you very much!
