Make sure you have the latest firmware AND the latest app. I have an AC70 and it didn’t work till I updated both.
Hello,
Thank you for your message. If the AC50P (serial number AC50P2443001270290) doesn’t power its AC output when the charge is 0%, this is expected behavior — the unit must have a minimum internal charge before it can activate the output, even with external power connected
The system recovery is enabled (which requires updated firmware and app), the behavior is that if AC output was on before battery depletion (0% SOC), it would remain off when grid power is enabled and the unit is charging until the battery SOC reaches 5%, at which point the AC output would turn back on. If the system recovery option is disabled, then it would never turn back on automatically.
The problem is that all updates are installed, the option is enabled, but even when the charge is more than 5%, the station does not turn on automatically.
After all applicable updates have been installed sucessfully – it still does NOT recover either output, even if the battery level is 100%% charged and despite the output has remained off for over 30 minutes. How can we get it fixed?
Hi @likbez, Could you please tell us your device model and SN code?
We will then check if any new firmware is available.

Hi @Ontone, regarding your question:
Your AC200PL is already on the latest firmware, so we cannot push any new firmware to it.
As for the AC180P, we have already applied to push the new firmware to your device.
Our IT department will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Thank you, but I don’t know how to proceed from here:
I see no buttons or other controls on this page ![]()
Hi @Ontone, judging from the screenshots you provided, you are using the Bluetooth offline mode. Firmware updates are not available in this mode. Please register and log in to your account, then bind your AC180 device first, and then select the Bluetooth connection mode. Next, locate the blue update button and tap it to start the update.
We have attached a screenshot for reference.
