Greetings.
On my ac60p device, in the advanced settings menu I turn on the “System Switch Recovery” function and it does not turn on, “Grid Self-adaption” function works. how to enable “System Switch Recovery”?
@Fantomas1102
Please upgrade the AC60P firmware and APP to the latest version, then enter the password “88888888” to activate the Advanced Settings.
Advanced Settings enabled, Grid Self-adaption works, System Switch Recovery - When I press the “enable” button, it does not activate.
Thank you for your confirmation. In this case, you need to upgrade the firmware of the AC60P to activate the APP advanced settings. Please share your AC60P serial number (SN) and the relevant firmware version number so that I can record it for you.
@Fantomas1102 I have recorded your request and forwarded it to the tech team. An update is expected to be pushed within 24 hours, so please check back then to see if the issue has been resolved.
the problem is not solved, the device is not updated, System Switch Recovery - When I press the “enable” button, it does not activate.
@Fantomas1102 The tech team has pushed you DSP 212803 again (to activate the system auto-recovery feature), can you upgrade it to see if it improves?
I am having the same issue - serial AC60P2336000008819; ARM v2091.3 DSP v2070.04 BMS v1042.03
Can you kindly push the update? I am afraid that when the power fails and unit runs out of battery it will not turn on to enable to power to the fridge when the grid is back online.
Thank you,
D.
Hi @monsterru, Currently, there is no new firmware available for your version of AC60P that can retain the output settings after a power outage. We have forwarded your feedback to the R&D department and hope it will be helpful.
We will contact you once we receive a response.
Hi @monsterru, I am glad to tell you we have finished the firmware now.
Now I have applied to upgrade your firmware.
Our IT department will push the latest firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it does help.
Thank you so much for the quick response! I have been able to upgrade the firmware. Now I could enable the System Switch Recovery function.
I have tested this by turning off the power and letting my fridge drain the backup to simulate extended outage. However it appears that due to the Bluetti disabling AC sockets before it run out of battery (it disabled the AC port after battery dropped to 0% however the main power button stayed on). When I turned the power back on the bluetti turned on, but the AC port was not enabled. I had to turn it on manually.
It appears that for my use-case - when I am away from my cottage this would not work as the fridge would be off after the long power loss…
Any advise? Maybe I have done something wrong? I could confirm that the setting was enabled correctly. And the unit did turn back on, but AC was no longer enabled…
Hi @monsterru, Based on your description, it seems that the main power button remained lit, which suggests the unit wasn’t fully shut down — therefore, it may not have accurately simulated a power outage. Could that be the case?
Also, please note that AC output will only activate when the battery’s level more than 5%.
1. When grid power is available, the output settings will resume as soon as the battery reaches 5%.
2. When grid power is unavailable, the output settings will only resume if the battery reaches 5% and the output has remained off for at least 30 minutes.
Additionally, if your Bluetti app has been updated to version 2.3.10, you’ll need to input the password 88888888 to enable this feature.
Hi Bluetti!
Thank you once again for the quick reply. Just to clarify I have waited before for the power button to go out before connecting the mains power back… What I didn’t do is to wait for the battery to get to the 5% as you have advised above.
After doing the test again and waiting for the battery to get back to 5% the AC output was enabled automatically and my fridge has started working again!
Thank you so much for your help!
