AC200L + B210 SoC Difficulties

Hi @Ellimatt37, we have applied to upgrade your BMS. Our IT department will update your machine with the latest version of firmware within 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.

After that, please recalibrate the system.
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:

  1. Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
  2. Please charge it again. Please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while it is charging.

@BLUETTI_CARE I missed the 24hr window. I do not see the upgrade. Can you redo this please?

Hi. I might have the same problem. My B210 is in a standby mode when i use AC200PL+B210 only AC and usage is bellow 200. What to I do to make AC200PL+B210 discharge evenly?

wh.

@BLUETTI_CARE I missed the 24 hr window, can you please reapply the new BMS version?

Thanks!

Hi @Ellimatt37, please don’t worry about it.
We have pushed it again.
Can you try to upgrade it now?

Hi @Ferine5, can you tell us the current BMS version of your AC200PL and B210?
We will check if there’s a new firmware that can be pushed.

@BLUETTI_CARE I will try in about 6 hrs here. Thank you!

AC200PL - v1056.02
B210 - v1064.01

Hi @Ellimatt37, Thank you for the update, and we are all looking forward to hearing good news from you.
Please rest assured—we will always be here to support you.

@BLUETTI_CARE new firmware for b210 and ac200l loaded. Currently in the SOC calibration cycle.

I charged both to 100%. Then I connected a load to drain. I did notice that the AC200L started discharging but the B210 was in standby. The AC200L was at 96% the last time I checked and the B210 was still at 100%. Is this normal for this part of the SOC calibration cycle?

Hi @Ellimatt37, Thank you for the update. We consider a 4% SOC difference to be normal.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need our help.

@BLUETTI_CARE During the charge cycle, the B210 was in standby mode and there is more than 4% discrepancy. Is this an issue? It said the B210 was actually discharging to start when i plugged in the AC200L. Then it went charging on the AC200L and standyby on B210. Is this normal?

Hi @Ellimatt37, We consider a 4% difference to be normal.
When two power stations are connected, the one with higher power will have a higher voltage and discharge first.
Once it discharges to a point where the other power station has higher power, the latter will take over and discharge first.
This also helps to keep the final power levels of the two stations roughly consistent.

Unfortunately didnt get any updates pending.

@BLUETTI_CARE I have same issue. Brand new AC200L with 2 x B210. During discharge the ACL200 (pack1) is SOC 24% vs the B210 SOCs are 88% (pack2) and 84% (pack3). It is very uneven SOC among packs.

Could you please send me BMS update too ?

Kind Regards

Hi @Ferine5, we have pushed BMS v105603 in batches—you can upgrade directly.
If you are unable to upgrade, it may be due to using a WiFi connection or a Bluetooth direct connection.
Please log in to the app, switch to Bluetooth connection, and then proceed with the upgrade.

Hi @dmc, thank you for getting in touch with us.
We have applied to upgrade your BMS. Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your machine within 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please only connect one battery to the AC200L, and do not load any device when upgrading it.
After that, please recalibrate the system.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE!
I bought an extra battery B210 and connected it to AC200PL. The version is different from the battery.
AC200PL:
AC200PL2426003130879
IOT v9041.10
ARM v2140.05
DSP v2130.13
BMS v1056.03

B210:
2409000279369
BMS v1064.01

Is this how it should be?

@BLUETTI_CARE Thank you. I have not received BMS firmware upgrade from your IT department. Could you please check.

Also, for clarification I ran a 30hr discharge test and graphed the result. Can you please confirm the future BMS upgrade will prevent AC200L discharge to 0% when B210 expansion batteries are still holding >30% SOC.

Thank you
