AC180P upgrade request for auto restore AC/DC after power restore

Dear @BLUETTI_CARE,
I tried to upgrade the firmware three times without success. As you can see in the three screenshots (I#ll post them in three posts, since I am allowed to pleace only one by one) and their time stamp, the firmware always goes back to the initial state of v2140.06. The powerstation confirmed three times the success of the firmware upgrade, but went back to it’s initial state, even after switching the powerstation of and then on again.
So, I’ll wait antil next release. But as I said, I am currently fine with v2140.06, it’s good enough for my purposes. Thank you and kind regards.

Hi @4montIntra, We checked the server data and found that your new firmware has actually been upgraded successfully. Please rest assured—there is no need to upgrade repeatedly.
Please ignore the upgrade prompt. We have already removed it, and now you will no longer be disturbed by the upgrade prompt.
Thank you for helping us test the new firmware. We look forward to your feedback.

Hi @Pletenets, We indeed don’t think rolling back to the original firmware will help, as our firmware does not control whether the fan operates.
However, if you still request it, we can arrange for the rollback to the original firmware. Please let us know the firmware version you want, and then we will check if the file of the original firmware is still archived.

Привет
Откат я не думаю что я хочу делать
Вы же планируете вообще доделывать версию прошивки до финальной?
Обратите внимание на мои сообщения выше,Я вам там оставил свои наблюдения

My serial number device AC180P2444000278382.

Hello, I purchased the AC180P today.

Then I went into advanced settings and enabled System Switch Recovery (screenshots attached).

  1. Then I enabled the AC output.
  2. I disabled the power by holding down the power button for 2 seconds.
  3. Then I tried turning it on by pressing the power button or by connecting to the network. In each case, after turning on the station, the AC port was disabled, even though the settings should have been saved. What am I doing wrong?

Or does this function only work when the station’s battery is drained to 0 and then the network is reconnected?

Dear @BLUETTI_CARE

Thank you for your reply. I did the following:

  • standard UPS mode, standard charging mode, no AC ECO
  • switch on AC output only and add load of about 600Ws
  • diconnect every power input source
  • discharge the battery until the AC200PL fully switches off
  • connect AC power input
  • after the battery reached 5 % SOC the AC output turned on again

So, for my purposes this is exactly what I need. The ARM version ist still v2140.06, but I don’t care about this.

Many thanks again for your efforts, I am totally happy!

Hi @belka, We have found your comment. Please rest assured that we will follow up on this matter next.

We noticed that your firmware is already the latest version, so there is no need to push a new firmware update.
Yes, the AC180P will resume output only when its battery is fully drained; shutting it down will not activate this function.

Enabling “System Switch Recovery Mode” in the app allows the AC and DC power button settings to be saved when the battery drops to 0%. Once the battery level reaches 5%, the settings will be automatically restored.

Also, please note that AC output will only activate when the battery’s level more than 5%.

  1. When grid power is available, the output settings will resume as soon as the battery reaches 5%.
  2. When grid power is unavailable, the output settings will only resume if the battery reaches 5% and the output has remained off for at least 30 minutes.

Additionally, if your Bluetti app has been updated to version 2.3.10, you’ll need to input the password 88888888 to enable this feature.

Hi @4montIntra, thank you for letting us know, that is great!
Your test is very important to us, and we truly appreciate your cooperation. :)

Thanks for explain! One more question, AC200MAX has this feature too? (AC restore settings)

I want to buy this model, but this feature is critical for me.

Hi @belka, The AC200MAX is an earlier version and does not support this new feature.
We regret this and recommend that you choose the AC200L or Elite 200 V2 as alternatives.

Got it, please clarify, is it also possible to turn on AC output via WiFi (remote, not at home) on the AC200MAX when the grid appears?

Premium 200 V2 support this too, right? or only AC200L or Elite 200 V2?

Dear Support Team,
all of Ukraine is eagerly waiting for the firmware update for the AC200PL

Hi @belka, Currently, the AC200MAX does not support the System Switch Recovery function.
The Premium 200 V2 support System Switch Recovery function.

Hi @Rumes, Please let us know the SN code and current firmware version of your AC200PL, and we can push the update to you separately.

2402000406108
IOT v9041.10
ARM v2140.05
DSP v2130.13

Thank you to the support team for the very quick response and help.

Come on @BLUETTI_CARE the winter is here, when can we expect the app to be updated so we can have a proper push of this firmware to those who want it with the ability to control it via the app?
