We need to test it with different phone models and users with different phone version numbers, so it will take some time. We suggest that the firmware can be pushed separately to users who need it first.

Hi @Tony_MVP, We haven’t heard that the AC2P will be equipped with the “System Switch Recovery Mode”. The core purpose of this feature is to prevent refrigerators from powering off, and the AC2P is a small model that isn’t suitable for such scenarios.
Regarding your second question, if you purchased the product from our authorized distributor, you are still eligible for our warranty service.
While the AC2P is small, most of us use this for internet (router/modem) backup or as an UPS for small servers so the System Switch Recovery Mode is very important. I’ve upgraded to the Elite 30 v2 recently because the Elite 30 has the SSRM. Many users such as myself would be very appreciative if Bluetti could add this feature to the AC2P. Thank you.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE As u can see from the previous post [longtimesupporter] lot of people use AC2P for internet and etc and would be appreciate for System Switch Recovery Mode. U can make some poll. And you will be very surprised how many ppl need SSRM feature for AC2P.

I totally support this initiative! I have recently bought AC2P and couldn’t even imagine that it doesn’t have such functionality to just turn on the previous state of AC/DC ports. Now on Ukraine we started to have long 7 hours electricity shut downs, so all consumers will probably see AC2P off. Please, make firmware update for us, it’s very crucial. Will be waiting on updates here, thank you.
Ready to beta test the firmware and share the results of the System switch recovery mode for AC2P model.

Is there any approximate time for the answer from r&d team about this functionality on will it be added or not and if yes, then when exactly? As it’s very crucial for me and other buyers. I want to buy 10 more units of AC2P but if there will be no such functionality implemented I would be forced to choose other brand, which I don’t want to do, because I like Bluetti products.

From the video, we can hear that the fan noise is not loud and is very regular—we consider this normal, as the fan noise is within the standard range.
Additionally, your firmware version is already up to date, so no further updates can be pushed. If you find the fan noise bothersome, we recommend placing the device in an area away from bedrooms. Furthermore, please ensure the environment has proper temperature and ventilation.
