AC180P upgrade request for auto restore AC/DC after power restore

Hi @Teece, We haven’t received any news yet, but we have followed up again to urge them. Hope this helps.

Many thanks, please keep pushing as it is frustrating that my Elite 100 v2 has this function but the AC200 PL does not.

All updated and working as it should - thank you

Hi @Tezzabee, thank you for your update. I am glad to hear that!

I noticed that in the Bluetti app for my AC180P stations in the advanced settings there is now a selection of the item
“System switch recovery” (default is “Disabled”).
As far as I understand, this option allows you to restore the AC/DC output state after rebooting the station.
This is a great feature, it’s great that it appeared.
But when I try to enable it, the Bluetti app asks for a password for this mode, I enter 88888888, no changes occur. What should I do?

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE
I have a new AC200PL and unfortunately Google AI told, that there is the system switch recovery built in, but it’s not. I would be very grateful if you could release a firmware update soon. Thank you for your efforts!

Hi @4montIntra, Thank you for your attention to this matter. We have once again urged the R&D department to develop the new firmware as soon as possible.
We all hope that it can be completed promptly.
I appreciate your kind understanding and patience.

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE
I have a AC180T and would like this feature too. Any chance this model could have the new firmware to enable this feature? Thanks!

Dear @BLUETTI_CARE, Thank you. Is there a possibility to speed up the process when I pay for this firmware upgrade? Since it is a very important application, this would be ok for me. Thank you for your consideration. The product data is as follows: IOT v9041.10; ARM v2140.05; DSP 2130.13; battery pack serial number 2444000711697 v1056.03; AC200PL serial number AC200PL2444000711697; communication box: IoT2444015816631.

Hi @chambers016, Thank you for your attention to this matter. Unfortunately, the AC180T does not have this function developed at present
We have conveyed your opinion to the R&D department and hope they will discuss it.

Hi @4montIntra, Thank you for your suggestion. We do not support paid upgrades, but we do understand how strong your demand for the new firmware is.
We have once again conveyed your opinions to the R&D department and urged them to provide a response.

Hi Bluetti,
+1 to release thi functionality on AC200L, witch many of us use as an UPS for computing/surveillance where autonomous recovery from a long blackout is the key.

Regards,
Luigi

Hi Luigi, Thank you for sharing your feedback—we have also passed it on to our R&D department.
We hope everything goes smoothly!

@BLUETTI_CARE Any news on this firmware update please, this functionality is badly needed for this series of devices?

@BLUETTI_CARE Just wanted to check in on an update for the AC200L firmware to provide System Restore functionality. I’m in the process of an RMA Return due to the lack of transparency on this feature not being available on the website, but if it’s coming, I’d be otherwise happy to keep the unit. Just a bit concerned it’s been ‘coming’ since March - is there any firm updates? There was no mention of this when discussing the missing feature via email support so just curious. Thanks!

Hi @Teece and @fenorie, We take your opinion very seriously and have followed up with the R&D department again.
However, we truly haven’t received any new updates so far.
We all hope to get this completed as soon as possible.
I appreciate your kind understanding and patience.

Dear @BLUETTI_CARE,
I carefully went through the whole thread and I think there seems to be a misunderstanding. On 13th of February, you wrote to @Pletenets, that the firmware for the system switch recovery for the AC200PL is complete except the ability to change the setting via app, which means it will always stay enabled. You said you will push the firmware if it is accepted that the setting cannot be disabled. @Pletenets then sent a screenshot on 20th of February with the firmware versions of his AC200PL. It has exactly the same IOT, ARM and DSP versions as mine has.
I guess most of us (@Pletenets, snmya, VSM, Teece, luigi_tomaselli, and many more) would like to have this firmware pushed to our devices, since it solves one of our biggest problems. And, since you wrote on 13th of February, the firmware is complete, can you please push it to my AC200PL immediately? Of course, I hereby fully accept, that I cannot disable the system switch recovery with the app. You have all my numbers and data in my post from 19th of August.
Thank you very much in advance for closing this issue this way, at least for me, I cannot speak for the others.

Hi @4montIntra, We attach great importance to your feedback.
We did receive a commitment from the R&D department earlier that the firmware would be completed soon. However, due to subsequent work backlogs, the actual release date has been delayed.
We have followed up with them again, and they informed us that the beta version of the firmware will be available to us as soon as tomorrow. Once we receive it, we will push it to the relevant customers in this post.
We hope this helps.

Hi @4montIntra and @Pletenets, We’re excited to let you know that the new firmware has been completed, and we’ve arranged a special push for your units. The upgrade will be available within 24 hours — please upgrade tomorrow if needed.

Please note that after the upgrade, the System Switch Recovery function will be enabled by default and cannot be turned off at this stage. You may choose to test it now or wait for the official mass release.

In addition, we’re still conducting further tests, and the app team will also follow up on this feature. In the future, a switch for the System Switch Recovery function will be added to the app, allowing you to turn it off if desired. Once everything is ready, we’ll push the new firmware to all AC200L and AC200PL users in batches.

Hi @snmya, @VSM, @Teece, @fenorie, and @luigi_tomaselli, We’re glad to tell you that the new firmware has been completed. If you need the beta version, please provide us with the SN code(s) and current firmware version(s) of your AC200L or AC200PL. Please note that after the upgrade, the System Switch Recovery function will be enabled by default and cannot be turned off at this stage. You may choose to test it now or wait for the official mass release.

However, if you are not in a hurry, we recommend waiting for our mass-released version.
