Hi @luigi_tomaselli, thank you for your update.
It looks like your ARM has been upgraded successfully. Please do not upgrade it repeatedly.
In addition, we have also pushed the latest IOT version to you. Please test again after upgrading.
We look forward to your feedback.
Hi,
now it seems to work correctly, after the iot update switch recovery result already enabled.
Thanks,
Luigi
Hi,
after upgrade i cannot use bluetti-mqtt anymore to talk via bluetooth with the unit; i think i need bluetti_device_licence.csv to use [bluetti-bluetooth-lib] correctly with encryption, can you help me?
Regards,
Luigi
So I just did my first battery drain on my Apex300 and noticed that the AC power did not restore. This could potentially be a major problem for me, I’m requesting the same thing in an update. Unless I’m missing a setting somewhere for this?
@JoshH Have you waited till it charged to 5%? The feature should be present in new devices by default. For older devices it’s switch is in advanced settings.
Hi @luigi_tomaselli, we have received your private message.
Please provide your email address via private message so we can proceed with your application.
Hi @JoshH, thank you for getting in touch with us.
Please enable the System Power Switch Memory Function in the App. Once enabled, the device will remember the ON/OFF status of AC and DC outputs when the SOC drops to 0%. When the SOC recovers to 5%, the previous settings will be restored automatically.
With AC input: The settings will resume immediately once SOC reaches 5%.
Without AC input: The settings will restore only after SOC rises to 5% and the outputs remain off for at least 30 minutes.
If you need the password to activate this function, please contact us via private message or reach out to your seller.
So that setting is turned on in the app.
I must have not waited the full 5 minutes, next discharge cycle I do I will test this.
Thanks, Josh
Hi @JoshH, thank you for your update.
Yes, please test it at your convenience. We hope everything goes smoothly!
@BLUETTI @BLUETTI_CARE The app informed me of a firmware update today and I downloaded and installed it.
However, now the System Switch Recovery is disabled. Even when I go to advanced settings and enable System Switch Recovery it still stays disabled. The feature was working perfectly before the update that was installed today.
Please help me re-enable this feature.
Hi @ricjo, we consider that the new firmware has overwritten the old one, causing the System Switch Recovery function to disappear.
Please provide the SN code of your AC180P so that we can push the update again for you.
Please let us know if it works.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE, @BLUETTI, I’ve received an ARM only update for my AC200PL (2140.05 to 2140.07). After successful installation the station itself is working fine, but it feels like there are some de-sync between station state and the application on the phone (which is of latest version on Android, connected via bluetooth). The app shows e.g. AC state is off, while actually it is turned on. Some settings are either zeroed out or not loaded at all (seen as --), there are spinner constantly appearing every time I switch app menus e.t.c. And the main objective of all this hurdle is not fulfilled: I still can not turn the AC switch autorecovery. Please, see some screenshots.
Maybe, I need some more updates, like IoT component? If so, please, push them to my device (ID is AC200PL2412000128498). Thank you!
@BLUETTI_CARE
Hi, could I have my devices have the firmware for system switch recovery enabled?

Thank you.
Hi @Ontone , hope you’re having a great day.
We have pushed the latest firmware version ARM 2140.08 to your device. Please update both the firmware and your App to the latest version, then check if the issues are resolved.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

@BLUETTI_CARE Thank you for responding. I have noticed that the system switch recovery still works even though it shows disabled in the app.
I had been trying to re-enable the system switch recovery after the IOT update disabled it in the app. I ran the system down to 0% with the AC output turned on. Then when it charged back to 5% the AC outlets turned back on automatically. So it seems the system switch recovery feature is still working even though the app still shows that it is disabled.
Since it it working I will not need you to push the firmware at this time. I will continue to check and provide an update if anything changes.
Thank you.
