Already turn off the ECO mode. And still have the problem.

ECO mode is off. I use the unit; it suddenly shuts down after 20-30 minutes. I use electric fan and charge my phone for testing.
When I turn off the unit while it’s not in use, it suddenly turns back on when I use the app. Also, when I try to turn it off manually, it doesn’t shut down right away—I have to press the button several times before it finally turns off.
Please push the latest firmware to my AC180P.

I have the problem. When at 100% battery and losing power from grid the station just shut downs by itself. error “temp” .Could you please also update my firmware?
