24 hours ago I sent a request for an firmware update, but have not received it yet. Perhaps I wrote it in the wrong place, so I’m duplicating it here.

My Bluetti AC180P works as UPS for fridge.
Serial number is AC180P2349000040459

My Bluetti AC180P is randomly turns off when the grid disconnects in UPS mode. Please push the new firmware to my Bluetti.

Hello!

New Bluetti AC180P works as UPS for fridge (Serial number is 2344004195326, 2344004331017, arm v2089.02, dsp v2088.02).

Today, my Bluetti shutdown after grid disconnected. Charge level was 100%. Please send me a firmware update.

I have the same problem. When at 100% battery the station shut downs by itself after some time (ECO is off).

To all AC180P owners:


The firmware version DSP2088.03 that solves this AC180P issue has been pushed to everyone’s AC180Ps, please kindly upgrade.


Notes:

  1. All firmware versions starting with 2088 can be upgraded.
  2. Those who have not been pushed the 208804 version before can upgrade, those who have already upgraded to 208804 will not receive the update.
  3. The batch-pushed 208803 is the same as the previously targeted 208804 version, solving the same issue.

@BLUETTI_CARE , thank you for mass rollout of new DSP firmware.
In my application I can see ARM v2089.03 update proposed.
Could you please tell the purpose of it ?

@alexts The main update for the ARM is that when the screen is set to stay on, you can now press the power button briefly to turn off the screen. This is not related to the DSP that was used to address this issue.
