Hello everyone, for customers who have already provided the SN code and DSP version above, I have requested the new DSP v2088.04 to be pushed. This will be completed within 12 hours. Please check if you received the new DSP v2088.04 in your Bluetti APP, upgrade the firmware, and test if the issue is resolved. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Currently, our technical department is in the final round of testing and is considering pushing the new firmware DSP v2088.04 in batch next Monday. If all goes well, customers will not need to provide their SN code for a separate push. Instead, they will be able to log in to the Bluetti app and upgrade on their own.

Hi @VSM , We have pushed a new version of the DSP specifically for you, but its actual name is still v2088.04. To differentiate it from the previously released version, it will temporarily be named v2088.99. Please upgrade directly, and after the upgrade, we will change the name back to v2088.04. This will not affect usage. Please let me know the test results once you have completed the upgrade.
Hi @James , our R&D department found that your issue is different from VSM, so this firmware has not been pushed to you. They will discuss a solution. I will get back to you once there is an update.

Hi @James , After testing, the R&D department reported that the fan automatically turned on due to the high internal temperature of the machine. They recommend not interfering with the fan, as it helps with the machine’s cooling. If the internal temperature gets too high, it could damage the machine.

I should ignore that, right?

To upgrade the firmware open the Bluetti app, go to My Devices, select your device, tap the Settings icon at the top right side of your screen, scroll down, and select Upgrade.
As you can see on my screenshots of Bluetti app, there is no any “Upgrade” button in app… Even if the label above says “New Version Available”… That why I need a help of @BLUETTI_CARE, can you please check what is wrong?

Офіційний представник вище написав, що нова прошивка стане доступною для всіх у понеділок 8 липня і ви зможете оновити її самостійно через мобільний додаток.
До тих пір подавання запитів на оновлення не має сенсу.
