Hi! @BLUETTI_CARE It seems that I have the same issue as @VSM. After new update fans turning on the high (max) speed and never turn off or slow down when loading <100w
It was the same on the old firmware for me (2088.02) And I made it clear in several posts.
As for the newest “exclusive” one (2088.99) - everything seems fine so far. But I’ll keep testing for a few more days.

Hello everyone, for customers who have already provided the SN code and DSP version above, I have requested the new DSP v2088.04 to be pushed. This will be completed within 12 hours. Please check if you received the new DSP v2088.04 in your Bluetti APP, upgrade the firmware, and test if the issue is resolved. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Originally, our plan was to roll out the new DSP v2088.04 firmware in bulk this Monday. However, the testing time has exceeded our expectations, so the bulk issue has been delayed. The latest update indicates that it will be completed within this week.
If all goes well, customers will not need to provide their SN code for a separate push. Instead, they will be able to log in to the Bluetti app and upgrade on their own.
