Hello everyone, for customers who have already provided the SN code and DSP version above, I have requested the new DSP v2088.04 to be pushed. This will be completed within 12 hours. Please check if you received the new DSP v2088.04 in your Bluetti APP, upgrade the firmware, and test if the issue is resolved. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Originally, our plan was to roll out the new DSP v2088.04 firmware in bulk this Monday. However, the testing time has exceeded our expectations, so the bulk issue has been delayed. The latest update indicates that it will be completed within this week.
If all goes well, customers will not need to provide their SN code for a separate push. Instead, they will be able to log in to the Bluetti app and upgrade on their own.

Hi @vitaliysup and @moni , do you want to push the new DSP the same as VSM? if so, please provide your AC180P’s SN number and current DSP version, then we will push them to your AC180P units. Please help us to test if it does help.
Hi @TET , We currently don’t have new firmware to address this issue.
Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Check the Bluetti app to ensure all firmware is up to date. If not, please update it first.
- Change the charging mode to Silent Mode.
- In the app, enable the Grid-self Adaption Mode in the “Advanced Setting.”
If the issue persists, please record a video and contact our technical support team. The email for our US customer service is service@bluettipower.com.
Same problem here. When at 100% battery and losing power from grid the station sometimes shut downs by itself.
Could you please also push this firmware to me?

Станція ЕВ3А.
Виникла проблема, на даний час вона не вмикається, якщо не підключена до електромережі.
Як тільки підключити до мережі її можна увімкнути.
Без мережі не реагує на натискання кнопок.
