Exactly the same problem here.
Shutdown occurs only at 100% SoC but sometimes it is seemingly at random, without grid power loss.
Setting sleep timer to never does not resolve the problem. ECO mode is off. No alert/error messages are provided through the app.

Yes, @moni , this problem was on out-of-the-box 02 firmware and migrated to 04 firmware.
Please, @BLUETTI_CARE , address the fan issue with the fan speed/cooling logic during small loads under 15 watts.

Hi, My AC180 is now quite old and I don’t use it very often but, I’m having the same problems as many others. The firmware is also old but it doesn’t show there are any updates available. Does everyone have to request an update individually? This would seem crazy!

@LeadDog AC180 and AC180P are different stations and the firmware for them is not compatible with each other. I think it’s better for you to either find a similar topic for AC180 or create a new one.
