Hi @MykhailoS, Thank you for providing the video. We can hear a loud current noise, which does not seem normal.
This is likely a hardware issue. We recommend contacting customer support to arrange a repair.

This is the noise of fans. After new filware for some time (20-30 minutes), the station works in complete silence, the problem is that after the update, the fans work at maximum power and do not stop until I turn off the AC button or reboot the station. After this it’s just fine for 20-30 min. Before the update, the fans did not work like that, but there was noise from the station. This is a problem in the firmware that the fan does not turn off.
Here is video example when fans are off (for this 20-30 mins): https://youtube.com/shorts/3dsUcv76FAI
Hi @MykhailoS, For this issue, we currently don’t have any new firmware available.
If you believe the problem was caused by the upgraded firmware, would you mind if we roll back to the original firmware?
We are awaiting your confirmation.
After installing the update I do not see much difference in noise leveles, it behaves more or less the same as it was before update.
Hi @Merle, The new firmware only addresses the abnormal fan issue, but there are no changes for the normal fan startup.
We believe this is a normal phenomenon.
The fan on the AC180P operates under the following conditions:
We recommend that you do not artificially shorten the cooling time, as maintaining the internal temperature helps with battery health. You might also consider using an external fan to aid in cooling the AC180P, which may help accelerate the cooling process.

This is quite sad to hear, as such noise level at ~30Watt loads is just crazy. I have two other stations from different manufacturers and none of them have this problem.
It wakes me several times each night every day by just powering my laptop.
The fan on the AC180P operates under the following conditions:
Conditions described does not include any fan curve information - and this is what’s important here. Fans doing their job is normal. Fans making that much noise at just 30 watt of load - is not. There should be some mechanism of gradual fan speed increase for such cases - or another alternative solution.

I do not really see how this could help with my issue.
Hi @Merle, We would like to know if you have tested the noise level, and if so, what the decibel reading was.
If you find the noise level too loud, could you please record a video and upload it to a cloud drive, then share the link with us?
We will continue to discuss this matter with the technical department.
