Ac180 - big issues ! no automatic charging from solar, app, and display

when we charge AC180 with grid (silent mode) and with PV (about 250w) simultaneously, at the moment when there is no energy in the grid, does the inverter continue working without disconnection or does the UPS intervene for 20ms?
Is UPS offline or online?

@aristotel offline. It requires 20ms switching time.

Hi @steven4264, Does your AC180P not automatically start solar charging when the sun rises? If so, please provide us with the country version, SN code, and current firmware version of your AC180P. We will then attempt to resolve the issue with an upgrade.
