The PV input on my AC200Max has stopped working.
-The polarity is correct (I also tried swapping)
-The voltage is in range
-The panel array works fine (I use it all the time)

@Mike74 Sorry to hear of your issue. A couple of things you could try is to check that the blue Aviation connector is securely inserted into the Max and that it’s the correct way up. There is a little 1 and 2 embossed on the plug and 1 needs to be at the top.
Additionally, shut down the Max and disconnect the PV input, and then turn back on to change the DC input from PV to Other and back again, just in case that might be the issue. Input cannot be changed whilst a DC source is connected.
(If it was the AC20OP you had I would suggest that the OCV from the panel is perhaps less than 35v minimum input required, but this shouldn’t be an issue with the AC200Max.)
The other possibility is that the Max is at 100% but the display is incorrect, which would mean a Battery Recalibration is required. This entails draining the Max until it shuts down and then doing an immediate full recharge from AC with outputs off and nothing else connected.
If none of that works, tag @BLUETTI_CARE to see if they have any other suggestions.
Hope you can find a simple and quick resolution.
In addition to the EREBUS tests, the following test may be of interest.
Remove aviation port. Then turn off the AC200max. With the AC200max off, plug in the aviation cable during the day: normally the voltage supplied by the solar panels should wake up the AC200max. Is that the case ?
PS Look at the aviation port connector on the AC200max, in case there is a bent or broken pin.
@Mike74 In addition to the above suggestions, if both the car charging and AC charging work, it is recommended that you replace the two PV charging combination cables to test.
Thank you all for the suggestions. The polarity is correct (pin 1 is positive) and the cable is plugged in correctly. The pins are not bent.
Yesterday I drained the system down to 0%, and charged with AC power supply to around 26%. I then shut it down and went to bed.
This morning I powered it on / off a couple times testing the PV input, and then I got this Alarm: 030 Calibration Failure.
Can this failure disable the PV input? If yes, how can I correct it? Please note: I have two B230 batteries connected, in case that matters.

I am in the process of draining unit down to 0% again. This time I will let it fully charge to 100% with green light on power brick. Once that is done I’ll try the PV input again. I’m doing all this with both B230 batteries connected. I’ll report back on the result.
@Mike74 it is my understanding that you should recalibrate with nothing connected to the AC200Max other than the AC charger when recharging. I recommend you disconnect everything and turn off outputs when doing a recalibration.
Also, if the Max is at 100% SoC you won’t see any PV input.
@Mike74 After clearing the fault code, will the same error code appear again when restarting the machine?
@BLUETTI_CARE Yes the 030 error code appears when I restart the machine.
I have tried draining the unit down to 0% and then charging to 100% (with no interruptions) twice. Once with the B230 batteries connected, and once with no batteries connected. It did not solve the problem.
I have also checked the app for firmware updates. There was an update for DSP, which I applied. It did not solve the problem.
@Mike74 Any luck yet? I’m still working with support. They want to send me a new cord but much like you I’m getting volts and amps at the end of the cord so not sure what that’s gonna do.
@Mlord I sent my unit back to Bluetti for repair. I just sent it yesterday, so it will probably take a some number of weeks (?) before I get it back.
So how was it? Everything good now?
