My new AC180 shuts down when powering a 1300W Nespresso Essenza coffee machine. ECO off. Power Lift on.
The AC180 is stored in my motorhome inside a small cupboard. The outside temperatures of late have been around zero, hence the inside of the motorhome is cold. The AC180 operates a 600W milk frother no trouble. When the milk has heated and the frother removed from the AC180, I then connect the Nespresso machine. Almost immediately it shows an overload error and the power drops to zero. This happens with and without the power lift activated.
I have tried it in the motorhome, and it occurs even when the temperature is around 8-10 degrees. Interestingly this does not happen inside the house. It will run the Nespresso inside the house, but that is not what I bought it for. I bought the AC180 on the understanding that it would power the coffee machine while off grid. This is clearly not the case when the temperature is in the zero to 10 degrees range.

Clearly, the AC180 is not doing what is designed to do. This should not be happening for a new machine straight out of the box. Advice and/or updated firmware please.
I had been running AC180P in a UPS mode for the fridge, TV, and PS5 for almost a month with no issues! This is considering a very harsh condition here in my place, the grid goes off several times a day.
And now, it’s been a couple of days since I also started nothing the same issues:
There is a high chance system will shut down when the grid goes off;
Sometimes it shuts down just randomly.
Also, as some other members mentioned here, I experienced an issue with fans going crazy and staying on until I reboot the unit. This is under just a dozen or two watts of AC load. The until is silent after rebooting under the same load.

Now in worrying, Isn’t this a hardware degradation of some sort? The usage conditions didn’t change but the system became unreliable in the UPS mode. Will and how exactly the firmware upgrade fix the issue if so?
Please push an upgrade for my unit if you think this will help.
@BLUETTI_CARE I have just noticed another problem with my unit: It is stuck in “silent” charging mode. I can change it to neither “standard” nor “turbo” via the app. It just says nothing and just stays in “silent” mode after I attempt to change it.
This way I won’t be able to fully reach the unit until the next time the grid goes off. Very disappointing.
Hi @pgard7109 , I suppose that the AC180 has activated protection based on the ambient temperature to prevent damage to the battery from low temperatures.
We do not have new firmware that can enhance battery performance in low temperatures. Developing such firmware might impact the battery’s lifespan. Therefore, we recommend using the AC180 in a suitable temperature environment.
Hi @vvien, I have applied to upgrade your DSP to our IT department. They will push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE!
I’m owning AC180P and facing the same issue with UPS mode. When it’s charged after a while it just turns off. Eco mode is disabled, it was connected to the fridge with 100-130w consumption.
Could you send a firmware update to me as well? I would appreciate your support!
