Premium 100 V2

Dear all and dear Bluetti support team! A few days ago I’ve become a happy owner of the new station Premium 100V2. When using the station, the fridge does not work adequately. Its declared power is 150 W. Although the fridge is rather old, it seems to match the station by characteristics - it’s Bosch KGV3605/05 (photo of the label below).

When the fridge motor starts, it releases a somewhat unusual sound, like it lacks something to run at full power. Today the fridge motor worked for an hour without stopping, and consumed 32% of station capacity during that hour. The output figures range from 0 to 506 W. The station is in the Power Lifting Mode, DC-ECO and AC-ECO deactivated. In the bypass mode (while station is charging and releasing power at the same time) everything is ok, but as soon as I deactivate charging and make the fridge feed purely from the station, the problem arises again. I would greatly appreciate any tips, hints, ideas and support, and also the possibility to download firmware in the app (since it shows that new firmware is available, but there is no “Download” button displayed, even when connected via Bluetooth). THANKS TO ALL AND TO THE SUPPORT TEAM IN ADVANCE!

  1. Never use power lifting mode for the fridge, unless you want to kill it. It’s only for heaters and kettles. If Elite/Premium 100 can’t handle the startup surge without power lifting, pray to God that they fix it with firmware updates.
  2. Can’t tell from the video if it’s 50Hz or 60. I hope it’s 50.
  3. Firmware situation is funny. From the looks of it, it’s the same firmware they pushed exclusively (as they said) for my unit to mitigate this problem.

In short, try it without powerlifting, and keep in mind that this model is bugged, its firmware is a mess, and we’re essentially beta testers. Welcome to the club.

  1. Thanks for your advice! As a woman that hardly knows the difference between W, V & W*h, all I could think was that power lifting mode could help the fridge compressor to start easier and smoother))))))) Anyway, the problem existed both with and without power lifting, with and without ECO mode, in various combinations. I’ve tried them all))))
  2. It’s 50 Hz) But I see in the app that there is an option to switch it to 60. I hardly realize the difference though, so I’d better just keep it 50 without ever touching this setting)))
  3. You won’t believe, but - yes) Yesterday, even while my topic was pending review for publication, I received the firmware update in my app. After I’ve installed it, the problem magically disappeared. I tested the station over the night (I use it to feed the fridge, 2 WiFi routers, lights in the apartment and some sockets during the power outages in Ukraine). With the fridge, 2 routers and a socket, there was 28% left in the morning after 7 hours of work at night, and the rhythm of discharge in the app was very smooth and rhythmic, let me say. So it’s definitely the firmware. I’ve found this community randomly - while using Chat GPT for solution. And I pray all people that encounter the same trouble will be able to do this!!! My best regards and support for all “beta testers”)))

Hi batlena, I’m glad you got it sorted out with an update.

Re the ECO function - It is on in your video. The ECO function will automatically shut down the Bluetti if there is no, or very low, power draw for a set time. It comes set for 4 hours, but I think on some models you can change the time length.

With a fridge, it will cycle on until it gets to the right temperature, then it will not draw power until it needs to maintain temperature again. If you have ECO on the Bluetti could shut down during this period, so ECO should never be used if you are running a fridge / freezer.
