Downloaded APP. Can’t find firmware upgrade. Any suggestions?
Also, re charging. It charges to 99%, then below in smaller numbers, it says 99.9% h. Doesn’t charge to 100%.
Can anyone explain?

Since it’s new, the BMS may not be calibrated, so it would keep charging.
To fully calibrate, drain at a consistant rate until it turns itself off (it may sit at zero for a while).
Let it cool down if needed. Charge with the AC plug at a consistant rate until it stops charging on it’s own (it might sit at 100% for a while).

If you can’t see the available firmware, that means the firmware is the latest one.

Firmware upgrade is in the app menu after you click on your specific AC180 and is a drop down menu titled “Firmware upgrade”. Your 180 has to be on and connected to the app to see it.
Are you confusing the hours of battery capacity left with the state of charge? The hours will read in 99.9% if there is no load but the state of charge only shows in increments of full numbers.
