Charging when grid voltage < 200

Hi @BLUETTI and @BLUETTI_CARE!
Is there some way to make my station ( Grid Self-adaption option is enabled ) charge itself when grid voltage is 180-190 v.
AC1802524001952783
ARM v2124.03
DSP v.2126.03
i’m from Ukraine and we have constant network problems due to russian bombings.
Thanks a lot in advance

Look at these values and use the calculator. I have an Elite 100 V2 charger. But keep in mind that the load receives the same low voltage.

Hi @2177,

It is not safe to charge your power station from the grid when the grid voltage falls outside the allowed specification of 230 V ±10% (i.e. 207–253 V), as defined by European grid guidelines. Charging at a voltage below 207 V may cause long-term damage to your power station.

Initially, the power station may still attempt to charge, but once the voltage drops further below 200 V, the charging process will be interrupted, and malfunctions may occur.

If possible, I recommend charging the power station using a solar panel or the Car Charging Cable.

Hi @Sharc, there is no such an option in my app

Hello!

I have pushed DSP212604 to you. Please update it in a timely manner. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us.

Thank you!

Maybe use a external low voltage tolerant AC to DC transformer. And charge via the Solar input. This would help protect your unit from all types of bad mains fluctuations.

Thanks @BLUETTI. It works.

Hi! Have you tested it? Does it charge in the 180-190V range now?

Hi @VSM, yes it charges.

@BLUETTI do you have similar firmware for AC180P?
I haven’t got such low voltages in my area YET, but it would be nice to have the ability to charge in a situation like this.
AC180P2349002052438
ARM v2089.04
DSP v2088.04

But!!! My current DSP is kinda “custom”, it was pushed on demand to resolve excessive fan speed with small loads. So, if you have new DSP firmware for 180P, does it mess with the fan/temp parameters? If so, I would rather not have it.

Hello!

The new version DSP208804 has adjusted the fan strategy and relaxed the minimum input voltage from the grid to 70%. I have registered and updated the firmware for you. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

Thank you!

Oh, so it already has it, nice.

No need, since I have 2088.04, or did I misunderstand you?

Hi @BLUETTI !
I have the same issue with charging my EB3A in Ukraine when grid voltage is 180-190.
EB3A2302007158177
ARM v2053.08
DSP v2052.11

Could you please help me with it?
Thanks!

Hello, I have registered your device for a firmware upgrade. Please wait patiently.

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE @BLUETTI
Please push updated firmware to allow charging on low grid voltage for my AC200PL.
Today after another ruzzian attack the grid voltage dropped to 195v and my ac200pl refused to charge, error e114. I tried everything from the suggested steps in troubleshooting - no luck. Seems it’s charging only when grid voltage above 200v. But in our current situation with such “neighbors” we might not have enough grid voltage all the time.
I’m aware that you already have updated firmware for other models such as 180p so please push it for my ac200pl as well:
SN: AC200PL2426000017022
IOT: v9041.10
ARM: v2140.05
DSP: v2130.13
