Have only had this unit since July. Bought an extra battery and things have been fine till I went to upgrade the firmware. now I get the error code and a unit that is inoperable. Been trying to fix the issue through customer service but they’re slow to respond. Hoping that I’ll not regret buying this brand over Ecoflow. Possibly there are so many issues that they can’t keep up. trying to stay positive but getting a sinking feeling.

What Errorcode you get? Did you try to start the firmware update again?
On Android you can clear the App cache of the bluetti app and it should give you the option to start the update again.
