Apex300 PV MPPT Random Shut Off

I am running a Apex300 with B300k + 2 x B300, with PV1 connected to a solar panel of Vmp 42V and Imp 12A, PV2 is connected to 2 of those same panels but in parallel. DC input mode is set to PV high current. I noticed that from time to time, the PV input would just die. The sun would still be shining strong, the PV details would report 0W with a voltage near the Voc of around 47V. If I unplug and re-plug the connector, it would then resume to work normally. I thought this was a fluke, but it happened 3 times in the past 2 weeks.

Sounds familar, I am not having that issue but all my firmwares are behind your versions. Did this just start since an upgrade?

I’ve seen this 2x this week with the latest update but I believe I have seen this a couple times before. At first, I just thought it was a fluke and ignored it, a flip of the DC circuit breaker and it works again. But since I’ve seen this probably 4x with 2x in the past week, I thought I might post it here to see if anyone else has an issue.

One of my PV input is pulling close to 20A at 35V (~700W), while the other one is 9A at 38V.

Actually it happened again this morning.
PV2 is doing 500W at 35V and PV1 is doing 240V at 38V.
For whatever reason, PV1 shut off, and the app reports 0W at 47V
I reset the breaker for PV1 and within seconds it is working a at 240W 38V
Something is going on to cause the Apex300 PV MPPT to not work. It remains connected as it reads the voltage, but is not pulling current / power. At this point, by SOC is 85% in self consumption mode with set point 70% SOC. Check the app screen shots made just before and after within 30 seconds or so.

It happened again this morning. So it is like every other day. I contacted support for help, let see what they say.
