Hi, I have some issues with our AC50B. All segments of the display LEDS are on, making 888s for all numbers and a lower left “Alarm” red indicator lit. This happened after doing a routine AC outlet recharge from ~ 65% charge level.
The app indicates no issue, and the unit seems to provide nominal DC and AC charging (successfully charged a tablet from DC and laptop from AC.
All firmware up to date. I tried factory resets . No change.

Hi @ldbm, I’m afraid that is indeed the case. We believe the garbled screen display is caused by a loose flex cable of the screen. If a restart does not resolve the issue, repairs will be required.
Yes, this will not affect the actual functionality of the device. You can check the specific data via the app.
If it is not convenient for you to get it repaired right now, you can arrange for the repair when you have time after your trip.
