AC300 clicking Issue—Bluetti Support Is Unresponsive

Subject: Need Help with AC300 Issue—Bluetti Support Is Unresponsive

Hello everyone,

I hope someone here can help, as I haven’t been able to get a response from Bluetti support regarding my issue. Here’s a brief overview of the symptoms I’m experiencing:

My AC300’s screen goes blank, it starts clicking, and there’s no DC or AC output. Additionally, I encountered an alarm code 006 SPS Voltage Low-Hardware when I attempted to restart it.

Here’s my story:

Last year, I purchased three B300 batteries and one AC300 unit from Bluetti on eBay. The AC300 is connected to a transfer switch and is powering six circuits in my house, charged by 12 250-watt solar panels arranged in two 2s3p arrays. Everything worked perfectly until about a month ago when the AC300 began clicking continuously, the screen went black, and it became unresponsive—no input or output, completely dead.

I reached out to Bluetti support using their self-service form and sent a video of the issue. They referred me to Bluetti eBay support (since eBay units have a three-year warranty), but it took two weeks of back-and-forth to finally receive a return shipping label.

Once I got the replacement unit, I set it up the same way. However, I encountered the same alarm code—006 SPS Voltage Low-Hardware—which I cleared, hoping firmware updates would help. Unfortunately, the manual advises contacting support for clarification on this code.

After updating the firmware, the unit initially worked, charging from the solar array and powering my house circuits without issue. But just two hours later, the exact same problem occurred: the screen went blank, and the clicking resumed. When I tried to restart it, the screen displayed “initializing” in a continuous loop before reverting to the clicking sound and blank screen.

I reached out to Bluetti eBay support again with a new video detailing the problem, but since then, they have stopped responding.

Now I’m left with a nonfunctional AC300 and three B300 batteries that I can’t use, as they are proprietary. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a different system with the same error. It needed a repair.
