I need my AC200PL to automatically turn AC on after the grid is restored. I can’t do it now, whats wrong with you ?

I really need my AC200PL to be able to restart the AC and DC output when the grid power is restored. This causes my home internet (Starlink), cameras, and other devices to remain of for days when I am away. Even though the grid power returned. The main reason I purchased the AC200PL is to be used like a UPS that would resume AC output whenever the grid returns. Please help.

  1. I would like to inform you that this feature requires both the app and firmware to be released simultaneously in order to function. Unfortunately, the app has not yet included this feature or switch, which means that the firmware cannot be utilized effectively at this time.
  2. However, we have an alternative solution. We could provide a firmware update that enables the output self-recovery feature by default. After upgrading, it will be turned on and cannot be disabled. Would you be open to this option? If so, we would be happy to proceed with the update.

@BLUETTI Yes, I would still like the “self-recovery” firmware update to enable the feature by default even though I wont be able to change it back using the app.

Thank you. I received it and updated the firmware. I tested it and it now works great.

My app now shows the option to Enable or Disable the System Switch Recovery. I havent tested disabling it because I fear it might not allow me to re-enable it, based on you previous warning.

Hi @Dmitro_L, I am sorry we do not have good news to share. Our R&D department has recently been occupied with upgrading the app functions, so it is currently unable to develop the firmware for AC2A.
